Frequently Asked Questions

  • AKG N400 is water-resistant?
The AKG N400 has IPX7 water resistance, meaning it can withstand 1 meter of fresh water for up to 30 minutes. Although you wouldn’t want to swim with them, these earbuds are unfazed by perspiration or rain.
  • Why will just one pair of my Bluetooth headphones?
Depending on your audio settings, headphones might only play in one ear. So, make sure the mono option is off in your audio properties by checking your audio properties. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well.
  • How can I connect my Bluetooth AKG n60 headphones?
The Bluetooth pairing mode is activated by simply sliding down the on button and holding it down while doing so for a few seconds to connect to any Bluetooth phone or tablet. The headphones also come with a headphone cord that can be used to connect in passive mode without a Bluetooth connection to enable noise cancellation.
  • On Bluetooth headphones, where is the power button?
You are referring to the middle of the number “3.” All of the functions are on the same side, which is fantastic. If you decide to connect to your phone, the centre button also serves as the “answer and hang up” button.
  • Why don’t my Bluetooth headphones function despite being connected?
Make sure your computer’s volume is not muted. Restart the audio playback app after closing it. Your computer’s Bluetooth® feature should be turned off, then back on. Remove the speaker from the list of Bluetooth devices that are currently paired, then pair it once more.
  • How long do AKG headphones take to charge?
In less than 3 hours, the battery fully charges. Using the supplied USB charging cord, you charge the battery (more on that below). A fully charged battery can be used for active noise suppression for about 30 hours.
  • Does AKG work with iPhones?
Yes, but they’ll also automatically couple with any nearby devices that have already been linked, preventing pairing.
  • AKG has ANC, right?
True Wireless Bluetooth Earphones with ANC Canal Type, AKG N400 (Silver)
  • Can you get waterproof AKG wireless earbuds?
AKG N400 wireless earphones from Samsung are listed as being waterproof and having active noise cancelling.
  • Why won’t my Bluetooth earbuds charge?
Check your headphones’ charging port for any damage, such as bent metal or connectors. Additionally, check to see if the port feels tight when you touch it, as this can indicate that the connectors have come loose from the headset.
