How to Use

TO CHARGE CHARGING CASE

1. Connect the lightning cable to lightning port on the charging case
2. Plug the USB connnector of the cable into a USB Power source
3. The indicator light will show RED while the charging case is charging,Depending on the power delivered to the charging case, the charging case will take approximately 2 hours or more to completely charge
4. The indicator light will go solid blue, then blink, then turn off when the case is fully charged.

TO CHARGE EARPHONES

1. Put the earphones in the charging case correctly, charging case will start to charging automatically
2. The indicator light on the earphones will turn RED while charging
3. The indicator light on the earphones will turn OFF when fully charged

POWER ON

Press and hold the multi-function key on BOTH L and R earphone for 3 seconds simultaneously, release when the BLUE light is on with a voice prompt:“POWER ON”

PAIRING

1. When power on, L and R earphones will connect each other automatically and sound with a voice prompt: “ CONNECTED” , and the indicator lights of R earphone will flash blue and red with a voice prompt: “PAIRING”, While blue indicator light of L earphone flash slowly (*).
   
2. Enable the bluetooth pairing mode on your phone device. Tap on “Air plus” to connect. Right earphone will response with a voice prompt: “CONNECTED”and blue light flash when connected successfully.
   
3. Earphones will response with a voice prompt:“DISCONNECTED” when bluetooth signal is cut off, and shutdown 5mins later automatically
4. When power on,the earphones will connect the last paired mobile automatically. If not, pls repeat step 2.

NOTE: IF you see 2 Airplus entries in available devices then the earphones are not paired correctly. Pls follow below steps to get it paired correctly *Both L and R earphones are well paired before it leaves the factory, Right earphone is the Main-headset by default, thus you may connect with your bluetooth devices directly. If they are not paired or reset to defaults, you need to pair 2 earphones manually as below steps:

• a. Press and hold the multi-function key for 6 seconds of both earphones simultaneously, release when the indicator lights turn in red and blue, and response with a voice prompt: “PAIRING”, then they will be paired and connected automatically and response with a voice prompt: “CONNECTED”
• b. When paired successfully, the indicator lights of R earphone will flash alternately in blue and red, While blue indicator light of L headsetflash slowly
• c. Go back to step 2 to connect with your devices.

SINGLE EAR FOR INDEPENDENT USE

1. Press and hold the multi-function key for 6 seconds on either earphone (base on your personal preference), release when the red and blue light flash alternately
2. Enable your phone’s Bluetooth pairing function and search for the “Air plus”to pair and connect.

POWER OFF

1. TWS mode (Due-ear)Press and hold the multi-function key on either earphone for3 seconds. Release when the red indicator light is on with a voice prompt:“POWER OFF”

3. Put the earphones in the charging case correctly, will auto shutdown * The battery status of earphones is visible on connected devices, when it’s running out of power, the earphones will remind you with a voice prompt:
   “LOW BATTERY, PLEASE CHARGE”, pls recharging in time

FAQS

How do i charge them? do i plug the case in while charging or what? lid opened or closed?

The case has a battery that will need to be occasionally charged. The earbuds will charge whenever they’re in the case, regardless of the lid position.

The right ear bud keeps saying “please charging”? I assume this means “please charge me”. Even after hours of charching it still says it.

You might have to do a factory reset that’s what I did. Put earbuds in case leave open hold button down in the back of the case for 10 seconds. Then pair again both ear buds should start working now.

Will they work with my lg tv?

No, you have to plug them into the case and the case charges them. They charge pretty fast though. 20 min charge will get you at least another hour or two

What’s the range of these earbuds away from the device?

About 10 meters… I’ve left my phone in my kitchen at one end of my house and went all the way back to the other end of the house and never lost connection…. i have a 2000 sq/ft house…. I haven’t tried going any further than that outside though… I am pretty impressed with these little earbuds!

Wearing instruction

1. There are three types of ear-pads with small, middle and large size(As below picture A), please choose the suitable size as you need.
   Mark “L” and “R” on the earbuds, please wear the “L” for left ear, “R” for right ear.

Attention: Maybe your left and right ear are suit for different size ear-pad, please wear into your ear and turn to suitable location(As picture B).

Operating Instructions

Power on: The earbuds will power on automatically when take out from the charging case. (If without the charging case or charging case have no power, long touch the earubds for 3 seconds to power on)

Bluetooth Pairing:
The two earbuds will power on and paired to stereo after taking out from charging case. The right earbud will flash red and blue light in turns, while left earbuds flash blue light slowly. Then turn on the mobile bluetooth to search and connect “TWS-X10Plus”

Power off(Three methods):

1. The earbuds will be power off automatically after put into the charging case.
2. The earbuds will be power off automatically after disconnect the bluetooth connection over 5 minutes.
3. Long touch either of the earbuds over 5 seconds.

Function operation

Music control: Double click the touch area for next track, single click for pause /play. click for pause /play.
Answer phone calls: Single click the touch area for answering, and click on the phone for hanging up.
Call-reject: Long touch either of the earphone for 2 seconds.
Redialing: Click eitherof the earphone by three times quickly.
Siri control: Click either of the earphone for 2 seconds to awake and close Siri (Only support IOS system).
Mobile charging: Connect the mobile and charging case USB output end with the charging cable
Single earbud operation: Take the left or right earbud, long
touch for 5 seconds to red and blue flash light in turns, turn on the mobile bluetooth to search and connect the “TWS-X10Plus”. Both of the two earbuds have call function.
Use the earbuds again: Take out the two earbuds from the charging case, they will be paired and connect the mobile bluetooth automatically. (The last connected bluetooth device)

Earbuds indicator lights instruction:

A: Flash blue light slowly, no connection
B: Flash blue light by one time each 5 seconds, connected
C: Flash Red light, low battery
D: Flash red and blue light in turns, in pairing

Earbuds Charging:

1. Put the earbuds”TWS-X10Plus” into the charging case.
2. The earbuds indicator light is red when in charging.
3. After full charged, the earbuds indicator light change to blue for several seconds and turn to dark at last.

Charging case capacity and charging instruction:

1. LED screen shows the percentage of the case battery. Such as 50 means 50% of battery, 100 means 100% full battery capacity. Please disconnect the charging device when the case LED screen shows 100.
2. Please charge for the case in DC5V/1A, it will hurt even damage the charging case if input is over 5V/1A. (Only approved Charger)

Factory reset(left and right earbuds pair again):

When charge for the earbuds in the charging case, click the two earbuds by three times until flash red light by one time.Then take out the two earbuds and touch them for 5 seconds to power off, touch them again for about 5 seconds to red and blue light flash in turns. The two earbuds is pairing each other now, the master earbuds(the right) will keep flash red and blue light, while the left flash blue light by several seconds. Turn on the mobile bluetooth to search and connect the “TWS-X10Plus”.

Attention:

1. Do not open and refit the earbuds in any reason, in case of damages and burning. The manufacturer do not supply warranty if that.
2. Do not touch corrosive liquid with the equipment, in case of seriously damages. The manufacturer do not supply warranty if that.
3. Do not put the earbuds in temperature below 0 degree or above 45 degrees.
4. Avoid approaching the eyes of children or animals with the indicator lights.

How to operate the earbuds:

Single Earbud Mode

Version 5.1 can achieve seamless connection, master-slave synchronization, no need to distinguish the primary and secondary. Special Note: The two earbuds are well-paired before packaged, but if they can not be paired well due to some wrong operations, pls. do as following steps to re-pair the earbuds. OUICKSTART FOR PAIRING

POWER ON

• Take the AIRBUS out of the case, AIRBUS will turn on automatically

PAIR THE AIRBUS WITH YOUR DEVICE.

1. Make sure the connection is within 10ft between the earbuds and your mobile device
2. After turning on both earbuds, wait for 3.8 seconds for pairing to each other. Once paired to each other, the indicator on the master side flashes in red and blue interactively, and the other earbud indicator flashes in slow blue only.
3. Activate your Bluetooth in your device, and select “AIRBUS TWS” to pair. Once successfully paired with your device, the indicators on each earbud will turn off.
