Charging
How to perform the battery installation?
- Open the battery case and insert two AAA batteries and close the case.
- Keep the remote controller within 5m range, aiming around 30 degree at the unit.
Note: It is advisable to remove the batteries when the unit is not being used for a long period of time.
Poor Sound Quality
What to do if the sound is distorted/low volume/low bass/low quality?
- Check if connected device does not have any equalizer settings applied.
- Check if the problem still occurs if the device is moved closer and all obstacles in the middle are removed.
- Check if the distortion or quality lowers at all volumes or only at high volumes.
- Check the sound on different media players and different devices and if the distortion happens on all devices or only on specific ones.
- Check if the problem occurs at all levels of charging or only at low charging levels.
- Check if the speaker does not have water droplets, in case they do, use the blow dryer to dry out any water from a distance.
What to do if the speaker is occasionally keeps disconnecting?
- Check if restarting the speaker resolves the issue.
- Check if the same problem happens for different devices and media players.
- Check if there are any obstructions between the speaker and the device, move the device at a closer range to the speaker and see if it still affects it.
- Try factory-resetting the device.
What to do if there is no sound from the speaker?
- Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
- Check to see if the device has been properly connected, i.e., the jack is properly inserted into the device for AUX, SD card is properly functioning for SD mode, properly paired for Bluetooth mode.
- Try connecting through a different connection mode or media device.
- Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.
Connectivity
How to pair the speaker via Bluetooth mode?
- To switch to Bluetooth mode, turn ON the Bluetooth functionality on your phone or media device.
- Search for “Blitz 2000” from the list of available devices nearby and selevct the same.
What to do if the device cannot find “Blitz 2000” on Bluetooth?
The speaker may not be in pairing mode. Check by tapping the Mode button or restart the speaker to search again.
How can I connect via AUX mode?
- Connect the sound bar to your PC, tablet, smartphone, TV, or other device using the included audio cable. Short-press the mode button to switch to audio input mode with the LED Display showing AUX.
- In this mode, playback can only be controlled on your connected device.
What to do if the Aux mode is not working?
- Check if restarting the device resolves the issue and if the speaker is in Aux mode by short pressing the ‘Mode’ button.
- Check if you have connected the aux cable properly and in the correct orientation on both ends.
- Check if the problem persists even after using a different cable or different device to connect to the speaker.
How to play via USB Mode?
- Connect a USB drive to the speaker and switch to USB mode to play songs from USB.
- Please note that the USB drive must be in FAT32 format and the songs are placed in the root folder i.e., not inside any subfolder on the USB drive.
How to play via SD Card Mode?
- Insert a SD Card and press the mode button on the speaker to switch to SD Mode, the display will show SD (this mode isn’t selectable on the speaker or remote control unless a USB flash drive is connected).
- Ensure that your SD Card contains MP3 or WMA audio files (other file types not supported) and they are in the root folder of the drive and not inside any subfolder.
- Connect the USB flash drive to the USB port on the speaker.
- The remote control includes SD input mode playback controls.
Other Functional Issues
What to do if the Remote control is not working?
- Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device
- Check if the device is in aux mode because the remote buttons will not work in aux mode
- Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if they controls do not function on call or other media players
- Check if the remote control has been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards
- Before you press any playback control button, first select the correct source.
- Reduce the distance between the remote control and the unit.
- Insert the battery with its polarities (+/-) aligned as indicated.
- Check that the batteries in the remote are functional and of the correct type, try to replace the battery.
- Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the unit.
What to do if device does not turn on / not working?
- Check by switching the speaker on manually, press and hold the power on button for at least 3 seconds.
- Check if the device was not subject to any mishandling, broken wires or exposed to direct sunlight or hazards like fire.
What to do if the in-built controls of the speaker is not working?
- Check if the controls do not work while connected to another device
- Check if the device is in aux mode because the buttons will not work in aux mode
- Check if the media player being used supports such controls and if the controls do not function on call or other media players
- Check if the controls have been physically damaged or exposed to any hazards
What to do if the satellites of the speaker are not working?
- Check that the satellites are properly connected to the input slots on the back-panel subwoofer using the wires attached to them.
- Try to detach and reconnect the satellites again
- Try restarting the speaker or re-plugging it into the power socket.
What to do if there are any other functional issues with Stone speaker?
- Check if restarting the device resolves the issue.
- Try connecting through a different connection mode or media device.
FM Functionality
How to play via FM Mode?
- The remote has different buttons for the same, please refer to the remote guide.
- Please make sure while using the FM mode that the antenna is adjusted accordingly to catch a good signal otherwise there will be interference.
What to do if the FM sounds distorted/ not able to catch FM signals/ FM channels not appearing?
- Please make sure the attached FM signal wire is in a suitable position to catch FM signals, i.e., nearby balconies or open areas where the signal is clear. If the signal is still distorted try adjusting the wire position or speaker position and see if it improves.
- Use the play/pause button on the speaker or remote to auto-search the channels again and see if they pop up.
The tune button on the remote or the next button on the speaker can be used to surf through the available channels.
General FAQs
Technology
Does it have FM?
Yes, it does have an in-built FM.
How many EQ modes does it have?
Blitz 2000 comes with support for multiple EQ modes that include Pop, Rock, Jazz, Classical, Country. One also has full control over the bass with a bass knob to increase or decrease bass level.
Does Blitz 2000 have Dolby Atmos?
No Blitz 2000 does not come with Dolby Atmos support
Does Blitz 2000 have an HDMI port?
No Blitz 2000 does not have an HDMI port.
Device Controls
Can the RGB lights be used as disco lights?
No, the RGB lights cannot be used as ambient disco lights.
What are the controls of Subwoofer Front Control Panel?
- Mode Button: Single tap to switch playback mode among BT/ USB/ SD/ FM/ AUX modes.
- Volume Down(-): Tap to decrease the volume.
- Volume Up (+): Tap to increase the volume.
- USB Input: USB Port
- SD Input: SD Card Port
- Previous Button: Single tap to go to previous song on the playlist or previous FM channel.
- Play/Pause Button: Single tap to play/pause the playback. In FM Mode, long press the auto search channels, short press to stop the auto search. In Bluetooth Mode, long press to disconnect.
- Next Button: Single tap to go to the next song on the playlist or nectFM channel

What are the functions of Remote Control?
- Standby: Press this button to turn ON/OFF the subwoofer.
- USB: Playback via USB mode.
- SD: Playback via SD/MMC mode.
- Previous: To return to the previous track.
- Play/ Pause: To play or pause the playback / In FM mode, long press to auto search the channels.
- AUX IN: Playback via AUX mode
- Volume (+): To increase the volume.
- Bass (-): To reduce the Bass volume.
- Numeric Pad: Choose track from 0-9.
- Volume (-): To decrease the volume.
- TRE(-): To reduce the treble volume.
- EQ Modes: Tap the button to select among POP, ROCK, JAZZ, CLASSICAL or COUNTRY EQ modes.
How to set up Blitz 2000?
- Plug the cable of the satellite speakers in to the output jack on the rear panel of the subwoofer.
- The audio cable has not been plugged in to the input jack on the rear panel of the subwoofer for the AUX mode.
- Plug the power cord in to the power socket and switch ON the unit, the front panel LED lights up in Yellow and the unit automatically enters into Bluetooth mode.
- You can use the volume buttons on the remote controller or the subwoofer to control the volume levels.
- You can control the bass viathe BASS Knob present on the subwoofer.
- You can press the Mode button on the subwoofer or Input button on the remote controller to cycle through BT, AUX, USB, SD Card and FM Modes.
How to adjust the Bass?
- The treble and bass +/- buttons can be used on the remote to adjust treble and bass according to preference.
- The remote has an EQ button to change the equaliser settings as required for the optimal media experience.
Does it work with Non-Smart TVs / TVs without Bluetooth?
Yes, it does work via AUX.
Does it work on devices other than TV/PC?
It does Work with devices with Bluetooth or Aux connectivity.
Is it Wall Mountable?
No. It is not Wall Mountable.
Can the speaker be used for gaming?
Blitz 2000 comes with support for many forms of media entertainment. However, it is not meant to be used for hardcore gaming.
Water/Dust Protection
Cen the speaker be submerged in water or can be used under water?
No. The speaker does not have any water protection certification. So, any contact with water or any kind of liquid will damage the product.
