TRAVELLER 6IN 40W LED Auto Light User Manual
INTENDED USE
This 40 Watt LED Auto light is designed to supply additional light for Trucks, SUVs, ATVs, UTVs, farm equipment and heavy machinery while drawing very low additional amps. This rugged light features an IP68 weatherproof design with bright CREE®LED bulbs. It is constructed from a durable aluminum housing and has an adjustable mounting bracket.

LIGHT USE AND CARE
- Do not shine directly into your eyes.
- Slowly tighten endcap bolts, do not over-tighten, stop when lock washers are flattened.
- Do not turn on light during assembly, it may damage the light.
- This is an off-road auxiliary light, not DOT approved.
INSTALLING THE LIGHT
Step 1: Use provided bolt (1) to mount the bracket (2) onto the equipment.
Notice: 1 ) Supplied bolt is 1.5″(40mm) length.
Notice: 2) The hole on the mounting surface should be 3/8 inch diameter.
Step 2: Use provided bolt (2) to mount the light (3) on the bracket (4).
Step 3: Adjust light to sit at the preferred angle and tighten the mounting plate bolt (2).
Notice: Do not over tighten the bolts.
Step 4: Connect the worklight to the equipment power system or to the Traveller® Wiring kit available for purchase SKU:1169555.
A. If the equipment has the male connector, please connect the male and female connectors together.
B. If the equipment doesn’t have male connector,
connect the provided male connector’s red cable to positive of power source,
connect the provided male connector’s black cable to negative of power source.
Notice: The connector in the wiring kit is only designed to work with Traveller® light products and accessories.
