Product Information

The TWS Bluetooth Earphone is a wireless earphone that connects to your smart device via Bluetooth. It comes with a charging case that can charge the earphones when not in use. The earphones have an ANC mode (Noise reduction and Transparent mode) and a Game mode that can be activated by long-pressing the right and left earphones, respectively. The earphones also have a voice assistant feature and can be used to answer/hang up calls, as well as play/pause or go to the previous/next song.

Product Usage Instructions

Please read the following instructions carefully before using the TWS Bluetooth Earphones.

  1. PairingThere are two methods for pairing the earphones:
    1. Auto Pairing: Take out the wireless earphones from the charging case. The earphones will automatically turn on and sync together, entering pairing mode.
    2. Syncing your earphones: If the earphones do not sync together or become disconnected during use, turn off both earphones and turn them back on. If that does not work, place both earphones back into the case and remove them. While the earphones are out of the charging case, press and hold both earphones for 3 seconds. This will force the earphones to turn off and on again and sync with each other. Open up Bluetooth setting on your smart device and scan for Well Shake.
  2. Operation
    • Power On/Off: Take the earphones out of the charging case to automatically turn them on. Put the earphones back into the charging case to automatically turn them off. Long press for 3 seconds to turn on and 5 seconds to turn off.
    • Play/Pause music: When listening to music, tap the left or right button once to play or pause the music.
    • Previous/Next Song: When listening to music, quickly double-tap the left earphone to go to the previous song and quickly double-tap the right earphone to go to the next song.
    • ANC Mode: When taking the earphones out of the charging case, they are in regular Bluetooth mode. Long press the right earphone for 2 seconds to enter Transparent mode. Long press again for 2 seconds to enter Noise reduction mode. Long press again for 2 seconds to enter regular Bluetooth mode.
    • Game Mode (50ms-60ms): When taking the earphones out of the charging case, they are in regular Bluetooth mode. Long press the left earphone for 2 seconds to enter game mode. Long press again for 2 seconds to enter music mode.
    • Answer/Hang up: When there is an incoming call, tap the left or right earphone once to answer the call. Tap again to end the call.
    • Reject: When there is an incoming call, quickly double-tap the left or right earphone to reject the call.
    • Voice assistant: Quickly tap the left or right earphone three times to activate the voice assistant.

    • Keep batteries out of reach of children.
    • Do not heat, open, or dispose battery pack in fire.
    • Do not allow metal objects to touch the battery on the device.
    • Do not expose battery pack to excessive heat.
  4. Waste Disposal
    Waste electrical and electronic equipment are a special waste category, collection, storage, transport, treatment, and recycling are important because they can avoid environmental pollution and are harmful to health. Submitting waste electrical and electronic equipment to special collection centers makes the waste be recycled properly and protects the environment. Do not forget! Each electric appliance that arrives at the landfill, the field, pollutes the environment!

PAIRING

  1. Auto Pairing:
    • When taking out the wireless earphones from the charging case. The earphones will automatically turn on. Sync together and enter pairing mode.
  2. Syncing your earphones:
    • When the earphones do not sync together or become disconnected during use
    • Turn off both earphones and turn back on.
    • If 1 does not work, placing both earphones back into case and removing from charging case.
    • While the earphones are out of the charging case, pressing and holding both earphones for 3 seconds. This will force the earphones to turn off and on again and sync with each other.
    • Open up Bluetooth setting on your smart device and scan for Well Shake.

OPERATION

  1. Power On/Off:
    • Take the earphones out of the charging case, automatically turn on.
    • Put the earphones back to the charging case, automatically turn off.
    • Long press 3 seconds to turn on.
    • Long press 5 seconds to turn off.
  2. Play/Pause music:
    • When listening to the music. Tap the left button or right button once to play pause the music.
  3. Previous /Next Song
    • When listening to music.
    • Quick double tap left earphones to go to previous song.
    • Quick double tap right earphones to go to next song.
  4. ANC Mode
    • When taking the earphones out of the charging case, it is regular Bluetooth mode.
    • Long press right earphones for 2 seconds to enter Transparent mode.
    • Long press right earphones for 2 seconds again to enter Noise reduction mode.
    • Long press right earphones for 2 seconds again to enter regular Bluetooth mode.
  5. GAME Mode (50ms-60ms)
    • When taking the earphones out of the charging case, it is regular Bluetooth mode.
    • Long press left earphones for 2 seconds to enter game mode.
    • Long press left earphones for 2 seconds to enter music mode.
  6. Answer/Hang up
    • When there is an incoming call.
    • Tap left or right earphones once to answer the call.
    • Tap left or right earphones again to end the call.
  7. Reject
    • When there is an incoming call.
    • Quick double tap left or right earphones to reject the call.
  8. Voice assistant
    • Quick tap left or right earphones 3 times to activate voice assistant.

CHARGING FUNCTION

Fully charge the case and earphones before using for the first time.

  1. Charging the charging case
    • There is a USB-C cable included in the packaging. Connect it to the USB-C charging port and the other end into a USB-A powered source to charge your case.
  2. Earphone charging
    • When battery is low, each 5s flash once for left and right side white light at the same time, you will listen to a warning sign or tone. It will turn off when the earphones completely out of battery.
    • Place the earphones into the charging case.
    • White light on the earphones turn on when charging has begun. The light will turn off when charging is complete.
