Installation Instructions
- Directly connect the Adapter to the USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port of the host.
- Connect an HDMI or VGA cable to the Adapter (only 1 display is supported).
- Select the HDMI or VGA input from the display menu.
- Find a compatible video resolution between the host and output display.
- Note: 4K video resolution support requires a 4K computer source and output display.
Troubleshooting Tips
- DisplayPort Alternate Mode (video over USB) must be supported by your device.
- Test the Adapter with a different USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port.
- Test the HDMI or VGA cable with other equipment.
- VGA does not support audio or HDCP for viewing protected content.
