How often should I change the filter?

The filter should be changed every 3-4 months for optimal performance.

How do I know if my filter needs to be changed?

If your unit is not producing cool air, it is time to replace the filter. If you can see dust on your filter, it is time to replace it. If you have pets, you may need to change your filter more frequently as pet dander and hair can clog your filter more quickly.

How many square feet does this cover for cooling?

Is Arctic Air Pure Chill worth the money?

Overall, the Arctic Air Pure Chill Reviews is rated 4.9 out 5.0 stars. Pure Chill works well for most customers who have purchased it. Due to demand by our readers, we put it to the test and compared it to other air coolers. Some fake portable AC’s or air coolers are out there, taking people’s hard earned money.

Can you run a cooler without water?

Hot air will be released from the Air Cooler. The Air Cooler can only be used as a simple fan. Water is a must to get the cool air from the Air Cooler.

How long does the water last in the Arctic Air?

Using the Arctic Air Pure Chill without water isn’t optimal. However, even if the water tank is empty, the damp filter will keep the Arctic Air Pure Chill producing cool, moist air. Your personal space cooler will work up to 10 hours on one water tank fill so you will not have to keep refilling it often.

Should I close the windows when using air cooler?

The best place to position your air cooler is right in front of the window. Hotter the air, faster the evaporation and cooler the air blown out by the fan. It’s also important to create good ventilation in the room to push the humidity out. In order to do this, you need to open windows in the room.

How long does the Arctic Air Pure Chill last?

Arctic Air® Pure Chill™ can last up to a whole day, depending on one’s uses. If the fan mode is set high, the 450ml water tank might deplete much faster than at a lower setting. Additionally, leaving the device to run consistently throughout the day will consume most of the water.

Please Note: You may notice some condensation forming on the front grill. This is normal.
