USB-C™ 2-Port Video Adapter for UHD TV or Monitor

Installation Instructions

  • Directly connect the Adapter to the USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port of the host.
  • Connect an HDMI or VGA cable to the Adapter (only 1 display is supported).
  • Select the HDMI or VGA input from the display menu.
  • Find a compatible video resolution between the host and output display.
  • Note: 4K video resolution support requires a 4K computer source and output display.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • DisplayPort Alternate Mode (video over USB) must be supported by your device.
  • Test the Adapter with a different USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port.
  • Test the HDMI or VGA cable with other equipment.
  • VGA does not support audio or HDCP for viewing protected content.
