- How to Turn on/off the Earbuds?
Tap and hold the touch screen of any earbud for 4 seconds. - How to Play/Pause the tracks on the Earbuds?

How to Connect the Headphones using Bluetooth?
- Turn on the headphones by taking them out of the charging case and tapping and holding the touch screen for 4 seconds. The headphones will enter in to pairing mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and look for “Q38”. Connect to it.
How to Reset the Dascert Wireless Sports Headphones?
- Unpair the headphones from your device and turn off the device’s Bluetooth.
- Keep the earbuds in the charging case.
- Take out one of the earbuds from the case and press and hold the touch screen for 4 seconds. A long beep will be heard and then the voice prompt will say “power off”. This will clear the previous pairing list. Repeat the same with the other earbud.
- Place the earbuds back in the charging case. After almost 10 seconds, take both of the earbuds out together. Wait until the Led indicator of one slowly flashes white light and another goes off, this means the earbuds have successfully paired with one another.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and connect to Q38 in the Bluetooth device list.
NOTE:
- Charge the case once every week.
- If the Led display doesn’t show immediately, wait for 15 minutes after connecting the charger.
- After long use, if the earbuds don’t charge or turn on, this may be due to the oxidized magnet connector. Use Alcohol Rag to clean the connector of both the earbuds and the charging cases.
