Instructions for Using The TSA Code-lock
The Transport Security Administration (TSA) now allows you to lock your checked baggage with TRAVEL SENTRY TM CERTIFIED locks.
The identifiable logo alerts TSA Screens to use secured tools to open your lock without damage to it or to be the baggage.
Your resettable combination lock is preset to open at 0-0-0, even though dials might be positioned at other numbers. To modify the combination :
- Open the lock (using the original code 0-0-0).
- Press the reset button (A) firmly with a pen (or other sharp object) until you hear a ‘’click’’.
Keep the button pressed in. - Set your chosen secret combination by turning the thumbwheels (e.g.: 8-8-8).
- Push the button (B) and allow the Button (A) to return to its original position.
Your personal code is now set. Note it down in a safe place in case you forget it.
If you wish to change the combination, repeat steps 2-4.

Will this work on any type of zipper, YKK?
Snapper holes larger than 5mm / 0.196″ are suitable for TSA customs locks.
MY LOCK IS STUCK, WHAT DO I DO?
We suggest that you go to your nearest repair centre to get your bag open. You can find a list of our centres on this page. Otherwise, you can go back to where you bought the bag. In either case, don’t forget to show your receipt and your warranty.

WHAT IS A TSA COMBINATION LOCK WITH A KEYHOLE AS WELL AS A CODE NUMBER?
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) combination lock allows you to lock your bag with a code while allowing the American customs authorities responsible for transport security to check it when it arrives on American soil without damaging it.
So the keyhole on the TSA combination lock is for the sole use of the American authorities. The advantage of this lock is the customs officers access and so avoid them damaging your bag.
To know if your bag has a TSA lock, look at the lock itself – the TSA lock has a little, red, lozenge shaped logo, like the one below.

If it is locked on the luggage, can one still unscrew it, reset it and remove it to break in the luggage?
This is as good as any luggage that comes with a built-in locks and anyone could just cut the zipper tab or use a pen to open it.

1 .Put the dials at its original numbers 0-0-0;
2.Press down the reset button(a) with a tool until hear the “click” sound.
3.Set your combination by turning the dials(b) ,for example 8-8-8.Then,
4.Push the button(c) towards to the direction of arrow and the reset button(a) will be back when you hear the “Click” sound. Now you have finished setting your personal combination. Please remember your personal combination by heart. Please repeat the above steps to reset the numbers.
