Pay with cash at any participating retailer, which you can find by calling 800.676.6148 or online at www.checkfreepay.com. Please have your DIRECTV account number handy. Your payment will post immediately.

Via MoneyGram
Pay with cash at MoneyGram, who will post your payment immediately to DIRECTV. For a MoneyGram Express payment, enter DIRECTV as the company name, and city code 15703 for real time posting. Via Softgate – PayXchange
Softgate locations offer real time posting of your DIRECTV payment or you may choose your payment post within 2-3 days. Pay with cash at any participating retailer near you, which you can find by visiting www.softgatesystems.com. Please bring your DIRECTV account number with you.

Using Online Banking
If you schedule a payment using your bank’s website, your bank will send us a check or electronic transfer. It will post as soon as we receive it.
Note: If your bank’s online services mail a check to DIRECTV, it may take up to 10 days including mailing and processing. You can contact your bank to determine the payment method they use.
By Mail
Send us a check or money order in the pre-printed envelope included with your monthly bill. If you do not have a pre-printed envelope, please mail your payment to this address:
