To your ears, this is melody. Pixel Buds A-Series (White) wireless earbuds produce high-quality music thanks to custom-designed 12 mm dynamic speaker drivers. Designed with your ears in mind. The wireless earbuds stay in position and offer a soft seal for great sound thanks to a flush-to-ear design, three ear tip sizes, and a stabilizer arc. When you need assistance, ask for it. Simply say “Hey Google” or press and hold the earpiece to chat to Google to play music, check the weather, or have notifications read to you.

QUICK START INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: CONNECT

YOUR GOOGLE PIXEL OR ANDROID 6.0+ DEVICE FIRST.

  1. Remove the wireless charging case from the Google Pixel Buds. Make sure the earbuds and charging case are both charged (both inside and out with white statuslights) and keep the case near to your phone.
  2. Check that your phone is unlocked and that Bluetooth and Location are both turned on.
  3. Press and hold the pairing button on the wireless charging case’s back until the light begins to pulsate white. Follow the on-screen instructions after tapping the Google Pixel Buds pairing notification.

OTHER GADGETS

  1. Remove the wireless charging case from the Google Pixel Buds. Ensure that the earphones and charging case are fully charged (both inside and outside, white status lights) and keep the case close to your phone.
  2. Check to see if your phone is unlocked and Bluetooth is turned on.
  3. Press and hold the pairing button on the wireless charging case’s back until the light begins to pulsate white.
  4. From the list of Bluetooth devices, choose Google Pixel Buds.

STEP 2: FIT

  1. Check that the ear tip is securely fastened to the earbud and does not easily come loose.
  2. Insert your earbuds gently. The earbuds have indications for left (L) and right (R). The stabilizer arc should tuck into the ear and twist slightly until it fits comfortably without putting strain on the ear.
  3. Pixel Buds come with medium ear tips already connected. If necessary, try one of the provided ear tip sizes.

Your left ear may be different from your right ear due to ear differences.

STEP 3: CONTROLS AND GESTURES

With just a few easy movements, you can control your media, manage your calls, and use your Assistant while on the go with Google Pixel Buds.

  • Answer calls and play/pause music by tapping.
  • To skip a track, double-tap it.
  • To return to the previous track, triple tap.
  • To boost the volume, swipe forward.
  • To reduce loudness, swipe backward.
  • Only for Android 6.0+: To talk to your Google Assistant, press and hold (requires Assistant set up)

    You can use either the left or right Pixel Bud for a phone call or a bike ride while leaving the other in the case.
