- Step 1: If you want to transfer your phone number, fill out the Phone Number
Transfer Worksheet. (You can find this information on past bills or by contacting your previous service provider.) - Step 2: From another phone, call 1.888.900.1368.
- Step 3: The agent will help you select your plan and activate your phone.
- Step 4: The agent will collect the information on your Phone Number Transfer Worksheet.

Phone Number Transfer Worksheet
You can transfer your cell or home phone number to your new Lively Smart at no cost, as long as your number is still available.
Write down your previous service information below and provide it to the friendly agent when you call to activate.
IMPORTANT: Do not cancel your previous service until the number transfer is complete.
- Name of account holder
- Phone number you wish to transfer
- Service provider name
- Account number
- Account password or pin
- Last 4 digits of account holder’s SSN
- Billing address on account

Can I activate my Lively Smart phone without transferring my phone number?
Yes, you can. However, if you do not transfer your number, you will need to contact your previous service provider to cancel your service.
What if I don’t have a phone number to transfer?
You can still activate your Lively Smart phone. You will still be able to make and receive calls, but you will need to purchase a new phone number from Lively.
What type of plan should I choose?
This is a personal choice. However, we recommend the Unlimited Talk & Text plan for most users. This plan includes unlimited nationwide talk and text plus 200 MB of data per month. If you are an avid data user, we recommend the Unlimited Talk & Text with 1GB of data per month plan.
How much does it cost to transfer my number?
There is no charge to transfer your number when you activate your Lively Smart phone online at lively.com/Activate or by calling 1-888-900-1368. However, there may be a charge from your previous service provider for canceling your service and transferring the number to Lively. Please contact your previous service provider for more information about this charge.
Do lively phones have wifi?
The Lively Flip phone does not have the capability to access the internet.
What type of charger does a Jitterbug phone use?
Recharge your Jitterbug Smart3 at home or on the go. This wall charger includes a micro-USB cable which can be used with any 5V USB port.
Are Lively phones 5G?
The Lively phones uses 4G technology.
Can you text with a Lively phones?
Yes, the Jitterbug Flip is capable of sending and receiving both text and picture messages.
Does Lively phones have GPS tracking?
Yes, it has built-in GPS.
Does the Lively phones come with charger?
A battery charger is included with every Lively phones.
Why is the red light on my Lively phone?
When the battery is low, the Battery Indicator will flash red and you will hear a tone reminding you to charge.
What are the disadvantages of a Lively phone?
The company advertises a long-lasting battery, but some seniors complain that it dies quickly. Device is not waterproof. Not ideal for seniors who aren’t tech savvy. Some seniors may feel overwhelmed by all the subscription options.
How do you delete missed calls on a lively phone?
To clear missed calls on lively lively phone, press ok on the “missed call” (should be highlighted) then the back button (do not press dial or text)
Hi, the Lively Flip phone does have the capability to clear the call history.
