Rachio warrants that the Product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years – one (1) year for factory refurbished Products – from the date of purchase from Rachio or an authorized Rachio dealer. Rachio will repair or replace, free of charge, any product deemed defective with a product of the same or equivalent model. Rachio expressly disclaims any other warranties or responsibilities.
