Step 1: Charge the Watch
- Charge the watch by placing it in the provided charging dock. Connect the charging dock and wall adapter with a USB cable, and plug the adapter into an outlet.
The display indicates as picture below when fully charged. If the display is timed out, tap the power button.
- The charging screen will display. If the screen does not display, verify the charging pins on the back of the Watch align with the charging dock.
- Turn on the Watch by the holding power button for 2 seconds.
Step 2: Download the app
- Search for ”SyncUP Kids” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Or visit:
www.t-mobile.com/syncupkids
Helpful tip: Verify your smartphone is up to date with the latest operating system and meets minimum technical requirements.
Step 3: Launch the app
- Follow the on-screen directions to create an account and pair the Watch.
Helpful tip: After pairing, check out the quick overview of features on the Watch.

- After a short time, the screen will go dark to extend the battery life. Press the ON/OFFbutton to display the time.
- Use your finger to swipe the watch face to the left. The additional watch features Text: Prints Black Highlighted Text & URLs: Print T-Mobile Magenta are displayed:
