1. FIRST TIME PAIRING
1.1 – Place earbuds into charging case and remove them again, the indicator of the right (R) earphone will flash slowly.
1.2 – Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and select “Urbanista Stockholm Plus” you will receive a “connected” voice message when pairing is successful.
2. RESET EARPHONES
2.1 – Delete “Urbanista Stockholm Plus” from the Bluetooth settings on your device.
2.2 – Press and hold the Urbanista logo button inside the charging case (1) for 10 seconds with the earbuds still inside the case, until the 4 battery indicator lights flash simultaneously (make sure that the charging case has enough power). Close the charging case – the reset has now been successfully completed.
2.3 – Follow the instructions in section 1, “First Time Pairing”, to reconnect the earphones to your device.
3. CONTROLS
Via the logo button
TURN ON – Open the charging case OR Touch and hold the left (L) and right (R) logo for 2 seconds. The indicator light will flash blue three times.
TURN OFF – Place earphones in the charging case and close the lid OR Touch and hold either the right (R) or left (L) logo for 10 seconds. The indicator light will flash blue three times.
TURN ON VOICE ASSISTANT – Touch the right (R) logo twice.
TURN OFF VOICE ASSISTANT – Touch the right (R) logo twice
ANSWER A CALL – Touch the logo twice on the right (R) or left (L) earphone.
END A CALL – Touch the logo twice on the right (R) or left (L) earphone.
REJECT A CALL – Touch and hold the logo on the right (R) or left (L) earphone for 2 seconds.
PLAY MUSIC – Touch the logo twice on the left (L) earphone.
PAUSE MUSIC – Touch the logo twice on the left (L) earphone.
ADJUST THE VOLUME (+) – Touch the logo once on the right (R) earphone.
ADJUST THE VOLUME (-) – Touch the logo once on the left (L) earphone.
SKIP A TRACK FORWARD – Touch and hold the logo on the right (R) earphone for 2 seconds.
SKIP A TRACK BACKWARD – Touch and hold the logo on the left (L) earphone for 2 seconds.
Both earbuds have a built-in microphone and can be used as a single earpiece if needed.
4. CHARGING
The earbuds charge automatically when placed in the charging case. Once fully charged, the blue indicator light on the earphones (2) will switch off. You can charge your earbuds five times before you need to recharge your case. When opening the lid to the case, the four battery indicator lights (3) display how much power capacity the battery has:

0-25%: One light lit
26-50%: Two lights lit
51-75%: Three lights lit
76-100%: Four lights lit
CHARGE THE CASE – To charge the case – Plug the USB type- C cable into an energy source.
0-25%: One light flashes
26-50%: The first light is lit, the second light flashes
51-75%: The first two lights are lit, the third light flashes
76-100%: The first three lights are lit, the four light flashes
100%: Solid light
If the battery indicator lights do not work as described, please disconnect the charger from the charging case and reconnect it.
LOW-POWER WARNING – When your battery power is running low, there will be a “beep” and 15 minutes playtime left before the earphones power off automatically.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
All Urbanista earphones are designed and manufactured to meet high expectations and to provide the best customer experience.
We are devoted to producing high-quality items featuring the latest technology. However, in exceptional cases, electronic products may have malfunctions due to manufacturing defects. That is why we offer
a full one year warranty from the date of original purchase, which covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Urbanista AB hereby warrants that, under normal use, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year starting with the original purchase date. The replacement warranty is valid only if the original proof of purchase issued to the customer, specifying the date of purchase, is presented with the product to be replaced.
How does it work? If you believe this product is defective, carefully repack the unit and return the product to your authorized dealer within the warranty period, with the original proof of purchase. Your authorized
dealer will replace the product, provided a defect in materials or workmanship is identified.
WARRANTY
This limited replacement warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product, use contrary to the Urbanista instructions, ordinary wear and tear, incorrect connection, force majeure or unauthorized repair.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from country to country. This warranty does not restrict the rights of the consumer mandated under applicable laws.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all the instructions before using the product.
- To avoid accidental ingestion, keep the earbuds away from small children and pets. The earbuds contain a lithium-ion battery and may be hazardous if swallowed. If ingested, seek immediate medical attention.
- Do NOT use the earbuds at a high volume for any extended period.
- To avoid hearing damage, use your earbuds at a comfortable, moderate volume level. Turn the volume down on your device before placing the earbuds in/on your ears, then turn the volume up gradually until you reach a comfortable listening level. Long-term exposure to loud music or sounds may cause hearing damage. It is best to avoid high volume levels when using these headphones, especially for extended periods.
- Do not use these headphones when operating a motor vehicle, a bicycle, machinery or where your inability to hear outside sounds may present a danger to you or to others.
- Using these headphones limits your ability to hear noises around you, regard less of listening volume. Please be cautious when using these headphones.
- Use caution and follow applicable laws regarding mobile phone and headphone use if using the earbuds for phone calls while driving. Some jurisdictions impose specific limitations, such as single earpiece configuration, on the use of such products while driving.
- Do not drop, sit on, insert or allow the earphones to be immersed in water.
- Use of a power supply or charger not recommended or sold by power pack manufacturer may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- Do not use the charging case in excess of its output rating.
- Use this product only with an agency approved power supply which meets local regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, CSA, VDE, CCC).
- Do not use a charging case that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behaviour resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury to persons.
- Do not disassemble the charging case. Incorrect reassembly may result in ris of fire or injury to persons.
- Do not open, crush, or expose a charging case to fire, or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 212° F, 100° C may cause explosion.
- Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.

- This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician on whether this might affect your implantable medical device.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. According to “Management Regulation for Low-power Radio-frequency Devices” without permission granted by the NCC, any company, enterprise, or user is not allowed to change frequency, enhance transmitting power or alter original characteristic as well as performance to an approved low power radiofrequency devices.
Article XIV
The low power radio-frequency devices shall not influence aircraft security and interfere legal communications; if found, the user shall cease operating immediately until no interference is achieved. The said legal communications means radio communications operated in compliance with the Telecommunications Act.
The low power radio-frequency devices must be susceptible with the interference from legal communications or ISM radio wave radiated devices.
