  1. Press “Mixing key”, turn on mixing function, mixing light is on. Press “Mixing key” again to turn off the mixing function.
  2. Press the “Cold Drink key” (mixing function must be turned on, otherwise the Cold Drink key will not work), turn on the cold drink function, and cold drink light is on (the compressor is powered on) or cold drink light flashes (compressor is powered off), then press the “cold drink” key again to close the cold drink function.
  3. Press the Slush key (mixing function must be turned on, otherwise the Slush key will not work) to open the slush function, and slush light is on (the compressor is powered on) or slush light flashes (compressor is powered off), then press the Slush key again to close the slush function.
  4. Press the “Lighting key” to turn on the light, and then press the “Lighting key” again to turn off the light.
  5. Press “Set key”, enter the user parameter setting state. At this time, press the Set key to change the setting object, press “temp setting key(-)” and “set key(+)”to change the value. After 5 seconds without operating the key, the system will exit and save the setting value automatically.

Hold down “Set key” and “temp setting key” for 5 seconds at the same time to enter the factory parameter setting mode, press the “Lighting key” to change the object, press “Set key(-)” and “temp setting key(+)” to change the value. The system will exit and save the parameters automatically after 5 seconds without any operation of keys.

  1. Press “Left Mixing Key”, turn on left mixing function, left mixing light is on. Press “Left Mixing key” again to turn off the left mixing function.
  2. Press “Right Mixing Key”, turn on right mixing function, right mixing light is on. Press “Right Mixing Key” again to turn off the right mixing function.
  3. Press the “Cold Drink key” (a Mixing function must be turned on, otherwise the Cold Drink key will not work), turn on the cold drink function, and cold drink light is on (the compressor is powered on) or cold drink light flashes (compressor is powered off), then press the “cold drink” key again to close the cold drink function.

  2. Press “Mid Mixing Key”, turn on mid mixing function, mid mixing light is on. Press “Mid Mixing Key” again to turn off the mid mixing function.
  3. Press “Right Mixing Key”, turn on right mixing function, right mixing light is on. Press “Right Mixing Key” again to turn off the right mixing function.
  4. Press the “Cold Drink key” (a mixing function must be turned on, otherwise the Cold Drink key will not work), turn on the cold drink function, and cold drink light is on (the compressor is powered on) or cold drink light flashes (compressor is powered off), then press the “cold drink” key again to close the cold drink function.

  8.  Hold down “Mid Mixing Key” and “Right Mixing Key” for 5 seconds at the same time to enter the Factory parameter setting mode, press the “set” key to change the object, press “Lighting key(-)” and “Adjust key(+)” to change the value. The system will exit and save the parameters automatically after 5 seconds without any operation of keys.
    Notice: when machine works well, please do not changed factory settings.

Alarm Code Description

  1. “- -“: Frozen bowl alarm is given and the compressor and motor will stop working, and resume automatically after 10 minutes.
  2. “RH”: temperature sensor malfunction alarm. Stop cooling in cold drink function state without affecting slush function.
  3. “LLL”: low voltage alarm, the whole machine stops. Turn off the power and check the power supply. Restart machine after voltage is stable. If it show “LLL” frequently, We suggest you connect a voltage stabilizer.

Safety

General Safety Rules
  1. Read the entire manual carefully
  2. The power cord must meet local safety standards
  3. The power cord and the plug size shall be in compliance with the parameters on the machine nameplate, properly grounded, and coupled with applicable switches and circuit breakers. Never operate the machine near flammable or explosive objects.
    1. No technical modifications to the machine
    2. Please do not spray rinsing the machine
    3. Be sure to follow the instructions to operate the machine
    4. Please do not mount the machine on other devices
    5. Please do not wash with benzene or other dissolved substances
    6. Never block the vents on the side of the machine

Before cleaning the machine, make sure the machine has been disconnected from the power.
The machine must be repaired by our service center or a trained technician.
* Damage due to improper operation will void our warranty, and the Factory will not be responsible for personal injury or property damage.

Stop Function

Turn off the main switch to stop the machine.

Operation and Storage

All operations described in Chapter 4 must be carried out by professionals in charge of transporting/handling packaged or unpackaged products.
Be sure to use appropriate equipment depending on the nature and weight of the goods, as well as relevant stipulations of local regulations.

Packaging

The goods to be shipped shall be packaged and fixed with foam inside, and cardboard boxes outside.

Transport and Handling

In case of physically works needed, it must be completed by at least two people.

  1. The machine must stay upward when being moved.
  2. Pay attention to the packaging and protruding parts.
Storage

The machine should be cleaned and disinfected before it is put into the warehouse.
If the machine is to be put idle for a long time, protective measures must be taken for its placement location and storage time:

  1. The machine shall be placed in enclosed space
  2. Prevent the machine from being hit and squeezed
  3.  The machine should be placed in a cool and dry place, not exposed to moisture and high temperature
  4. Keep the machine away from corrosive substances

Installation

The machine must be installed in a bright, well-ventilated room with a hard solid floor.

Mounting Location
  1. The floor for the machine to be mounted on must be firm and flat.
  2. The space should be bright, well-ventilated and clean
  3. Sufficient clearance shall be provided to facilitate unrestricted operation as well as emergency use. *TIP: Leave 25 cm (10 in.) clearance on the top of the bowl.

* Before using the machine for the first time, all the parts must be cleaned, and the parts that are in contact with the slush need to be handled carefully; for more details, please read relevant section.

Power Connection

Make sure the main switch is at “0” before you plug in.
Warning: The power socket must be arranged in a place easily accessible by the user.

Operation

Before the machine is started for the first time, it must be checked by a professional technician to see whether its function can work well.

Material Preparation

Pour the material into the bowl when the machine is off and unpowered.
Warning: Minimum sugar content should not be less than 13% as low concentration may damage the machine.
Remove the lid from the bowl according to the following instructions:

  1. Lift the back of the lid;
  2. Remove the lid from the front retainer.
  3. After material was added to the bowl, the lid on the bowl should be put back.

Warning:

  1. Please do not open the lid forcibly.
  2. Never add liquid higher than 25 degrees Celsius
  3.  When feeding the bowl, be careful not to exceed the maximum limit and must exceed mixer shaft.
  4. Please do not turn on the machine when the lid is not in place. Please turn off and unplug the machine before removing the lid.
  5. Please turn off and unplug the machine before removing any parts from the bowl

Starting the Slush Machine

Refer to 1.4. Control Panel Description and Function

 Slush Concentration Adjustment

Refer to 1.4.2 to Set up Parameters; the bigger position corresponds to thicker slush

 Slush Production

Pull the handle to produce the slush.

If the machine is not to be used continuously, the following operations are required in case of dairy products:

  1.  Spray water onto the faucet and surrounding area.
    (Use a clean cloth to wipe for disinfection at the same time)
  2. Before making slush for the customer, please use a small amount of product to try first.
Emergency Situations
  1. In extreme emergencies, set the main switch to “0” to turn off the machine.
  2. If the machine is stuck, turn off the machine, and contact the service center or a professional technician.

 Cleaning and Maintenance

Prior to any cleaning and maintenance of external components of the machine, make sure the main switch is located at position 0 and the machine is not plugged in.
For cleaning and maintenance, follow these instructions:

  1. Put on protective gloves
  2. Never use soluble and explosive materials
  3. When the machine is powered on and the main switch at position “1”, cleaning is prohibited.
Empty the Bowl

Before cleaning the bowl, please first remove all the previously prepared material

 Disassemble the handle parts

Please do not dismantle the handle of the machine if there is material or other liquid in the bowl

Remove the bowl and lid

Remove each bowl to ensure that the machine is neat and clean.
Remove the bowl as follows:

  1. Remove the lid as shown in the figure.
  2. Raise the front part of the bowl to loosen it.
  3. Gently push and rotate its back to remove the bowl
  4. Take out the mixer shaft and remove the seal ring

Disassemble the push handle
  1. Put the bowl on a smooth surface to facilitate the removing of the tap. Pull the “U” towards you and push the tap with your other hand.
  2. Unlock the spring, hold it down, push horizontally and finally release it.
  3.  Unscrew the bar from the tap.
  4. Hold down the two rubber flanges, and separate the red rubber from it.

All parts must be washed with hot water and soap, and fully air dried before being re-assembled.

Wash and disinfect the components

All previously removed parts must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Important note: Disinfection procedures must comply with the machine operation guidelines.
Please follow the instructions below to ensure proper disinfection:

  1. Dispense the antiseptic solution into the container (2% sodium hypochlorite mixed with water)
  2. Thoroughly wash the bowl, lid and evaporator with a soaked sponge.
  3. Thoroughly clean with water
  4.  Pour disinfectant into another container
  5. Dip the disassembled parts into the disinfectant
  6. Soak the parts in disinfectant for 30 minutes
  7. Wash thoroughly with water again
  8.  Air dry the parts at a clean place
  9. Reassemble as described in section 7.5
  10. Rinse thoroughly with water before using the machine

Caution: Do not immerse the lid with the lamp in any solution. Before cleaning and disinfecting the lid, please remove the lid as described in the previous section. In order to properly clean the lamp cover, these steps must be followed:

  1. Wipe the bottom of the lid (the part contact with the machine) with a clean, damp cloth.
  2. Wipe the outside of the machine with a clean, damp cloth.
  3. Use a disinfectant soaked sponge to disinfect the bottom of the lid. with the machine.
  4. Allow operation for 30 minutes.
  5.  Rinse twice or more. Only the bottom of the lid needs to be wiped with clean water sponge.
  6. Put the lid on a clean flat surface to dry. First, dry the bottom and wipe the external parts with a clean cloth.
  7. Install the lid back after the bowl has been cleaned and disinfected. Never clean the machine when the lid is installed on it.
Reassemble the cleaned parts

All cleaned and disinfected components must be carefully reinstalled, and components must be fully lubricated for the machine to work more efficiently.
Clean the tray and grid separately with warm water
Dry all the parts
Put the grid back over the tray
Install the seal ring of the mixer shaft as shown

Important note: Always check the integrity of the seal ring. If the seal ring is broken, it should be replaced with a new one
Use the supplied Vaseline to lubricate the seal ring in the illustrated area.
Install the mixer shaft as shown; install the head of the mixer shaft (C) to the shaft (D) Tips: Rotate it into the first half of the bowl and push the bowl to the designated position in contact with the seal ring (B)

  1. Align the head of the mixer shaft with the interface inside the bowl, press down the bowl, and follow instructions below to reinstall the faucet.
  2. Lubricate the joints fully with the supplied Vaseline
  3. Put the piston in the designated position, and push the handle until it connects the faucet.
Rinse cycle

Before starting the machine, it must be cleaned circularly Proceed as follows:

  1. Fill the bowl with water
  2.  Let the machine stir for 5 minutes
  3. Turn off the machine, and open the tap to empty the water in the bowl
Clean the water box

The water box should be emptied and cleaned regularly
Pull up the water box with the lid and then pull it out

Lamp cover

Lamp replacement
When replacing the lamp, the main switch must be turned off and the power must be disconnected.
Remove the protective cap and unscrew the cover screws; use suitable screwdriver to operate

Regular maintenance
  1. The machine must be maintained regularly by professional technicians (at least once a year)
  2. Regular inspection can ensure that all components are installed in place, and the machine can run safely.
  3. Any damaged components must be replaced with original parts

HEAT PRESS MACHINE PARTS INTRODUCTION

PARTS LIST

ASSEMBLY & USE STEPS

  • Rotate the heat transfer board to the side.
  • Pull out the mat below, place the clothes flat on the mat, and place the pattern on the clothes.
  • Turn this adjustment switch to adjust the pressure.

INTELLIGENT TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER OPERATION METHOD

Preparation before Using:

  1. Check the connection between the power plug and the electrical socket of the electrical cabinet. Be sure to operate with safe ground wire!!!
  2. The heat press element must be securely plugged into the machine before you switch the machine on. Plug your electrical cord into the machine. Plug the electrical socket into wall plug.Turn the power on by flipping the On/Off Switch on.( Nominal voltage:220V, Max.input power:1250W )

Set temperature required

Set the temperature and time according to the table below and get the specific corresponding temperature and timing setting.(Temperature is measured in Degrees Fahrenheit.)

A. Initial Temperature Setting ( Range:200-450℉)
Press the “MODE” button ONCE,see the “set light” turning red. Then press the “plus/minus key” to set the initial heating temperature.

B. Highest Temperature Setting ( Range:200-450℉)
Press the “MODE” button for THE SECOND TIME;see the “temperature light” turning red. Then press the “plus or minus key” to set the highest heating temperature.

C. Proper Heating Time Setting ( Range:0-999 sec.)
Press the “MODE” button for THE THIRD TIME;see the”time light” turning red. Then press the “plus or minus key” to set the proper heating time.

D.Finish the Setting and Stands by to Work

Press the “MODE”button for THE FOURTH TIME;finish the setting , The set light is on, and the temperature will continue to rise. When the set maximum temperature is reached, the countdown starts. After the countdown ends, the “BEEF” sound will be emitted, the indicator light will turn off, and the operation is complete.and the machine stands by to work.

  • Turn off the power and pull out the mat. It is recommended to wear heat-resistant gloves when removing clothes or remove them after 2-3 minutes. Be careful of hot heat.

Note

  • The machine has a self -locking function for temperature setting.
    • If the starting temperature is set to 340°F,the machine will automatically limit the maximum temperature setting range from 340 to 430°F.
    • Conversely,if setting the maximum temperature as 250°F at first,the machine will automatically limit the starting temperature setting range from 200 to 250°F.
  • Initial heating temperature always=<Highest heating temperature

  • Use the screwdriver 4 to tighten the 2 screws just removed and put the cap on.

Replace Baking Coaster

  • Install H to Part E. (Tighten the screws on both sides. We suggest to tighten the screws on the side ① first, and then tighten the screws on the side ② )
  • Select the appropriate size baking coaster ( Part F or G ). Put the cup in Part E.

Replace Baking Coaster

  • And install I or J to Part E. (Tighten the screws on both sides. We suggest to tighten the screws on the side ① first, and then tighten the screws on the side ② )

Printing methods

Adjust pressure to your requirement (Neither too tight nor too loose), Plug in the power cord and turn the power switch ON. The temperature starts to rise.Set the Initial temperature, Highest Temperature a pressing time. Once the temperature rise to the Initial temperature,the buzzer will send out a shot “BEEF” sound. Press the button once. Then Place the object (i.e. T shirt) on press bed. Pull down the handle to press the object. Wait for the time ends up with a long buzzer sound.(Note: There will be about 5s time for long buzzer to notify you it has finished,and after that will appear 5s for the short buzzer to notify you whether you still go on the next work,if not the temperature will fall down to the Initial temperature ) Work finish and take out the object. Turn off the power switch.

Troubleshooting for transfer quality

  • Pale Color:The temperature is too low/the pressure is not correct/or not pressed long enough. Blurring Pattern: Too much transfer time causes proliferation.
  • Part Blurring of Pattern: Heat was not distributed correctly through the heat plate. Allow more time between press operations.Pressure distribution can also be the cause,which can be set on the four plate surface adjusters.Please note that it has been factory set and there should be no need to adjust them.
  • Dull Surface of Pattern:The pressure is too lager or the temperature is too high.
  • Scarred Pattern:Transfer time is too long.
  • Different Pattern Color:The pressure is not correct or the transfer paper is poor quality.
  • Adhesive Paper:the temperature is too high or poor printing ink.

CAUTION

  • CHECK the correct voltage before using the machine.Be SURE to operate with reliable grounded protection connections.
  • TURN OFF the machine,and then DISCONNECT the power supply before replacing the heat units.DO NOT forget to wearing insulated gloves if the unit is still under high temperature.
  • AVOID prolonged burning of the heating parts. If not turning the power off, please place a hot stamping replacement ( it could be a scrap and can be used repeatedly ).AVOID damaging the heating units with sharp parts of the stamping object.
  • AVOID touching the heating units and the compression spring without protection in case of potential damage,of the body during use.
  • If it’s hard to push the grasp, please adjust the rotation lock screw in order to reduce the pressure of the compression spring.Or, it will damage to the strength of the machine.
  • Before lifting the machine, please lock the machine head by a rotation lock screw and loosen the handle(don’t screw the rotation lock screw too tight). Besides, do not put down the machine beyond the limit. When meeting the falling limit, you can feel an obvious pressure on the swiveling pressure adjustment wheel.
  • Keep children away from the machine!!!
  • DO NOT attempt to press products that are not intended for normal heat transfer. Baking pads should be avoided of empty burning.

Structure

 

Conditions

Our ice cream machine can work under the below conditions:
Ambient temperature: 5~40°C mixture temperature: 2~35°C Power: 110V/60Hz
* The above conditions can directly affect the machine’s performance and capacity.

Installation & Cautions:

Please strictly follow the instruction on the yellow sticker.

  • Do not directly connect the machine to the electricity generator.
  • Do not directly connect the machine to the battery.
  • Put the machine still for 24 hours after transportation before using it.
  • Power wire should not exceed 10m.
  • The hopper must have a mixture when used.
  • The ice cream mixture should be in accordance with the appropriate formula.
  • Always use the machine in stable voltage.
  • In the case of wire breaking, please hire a technician to fix or replace it.
  • DO NOT put any explosive substance in the machines.
  • this machine is similar to a home electrical appliance and can be used in the kitchen of shops, offices, farms, motels, hotels, or restaurants catering events to provide instant soft serve ice cream.

3.1 Placement
a. Place the machine on even plain ground.
b. Make sure the machine is in good ventilation, and avoid heat sources or sunlight. Air outlets of the machine should be at least 1m away from walls or any other barriers, other sides should be at least 0.3m away from any barrier.
c. Avoid dust.
3.2 Wiring
a. Make sure the socket is connected to the ground
b. Make sure the power supply has a circuit-breaker or any other device for protection against electric shock.
c. The section area of power code copper core(a) MUST BE 18l machine, 25l machine: a≥2.5mm²—–36l machine: a≥4mm²
d. Under-size power code can result in low voltage and overload, which affect machine performance or cause damage.
3.3 Installation
a. Please check the package and inform the forwarder or our company if any damage, our company will not take any responsibility if the bill is signed.
b. Open the carton box, you will find a parts box in the hopper. In the parts box, you will find handles and consumable parts, keep the spare parts for future replacement.
c. Please check the nameplate on the right panel, and confirm this is the correct model(voltage, frequency, and power) you order.
d. Install the discharger properly, tighten it to the machine with 2 bolts, screw the 2 bolts in diagonal at the same time, make sure no gap between the discharger and the machine, otherwise, water or mixture can leak from it during washing or making ice cream.
e. Install the handles to the valve stems, in the meantime, slowly push the steel pin through the discharger and the handles. (Refer to the below photo for the correct direction of the handles)
f. Install the drain holder to the 2 nuts on the machine, to catch the dripping. DO NOT put heavy object like buckets or basins on them, as it is not designed for holding heavy objects.

How to Make Ice Cream

4.1 Wash
Connect it to a 16A socket, and switch on the power with the stick on the left down part of the control panel. Pour water from the hoppers to fulfill the cylinders, press “WASH”, allow it to run for 2 minutes, then press the handle to directly drain the water in the “WASH” mode. repeat this 2-3 times, until the water that comes out is all clean.
4.2 Make mixture
Currently, in the market, there is a ready-made mixture of ice cream or powder that needs to mix with water. Please follow the instructions and formula on the powder package(generally speaking: 1kg powder to 2.5-3kg water), stir them even, let them completely dissolve and mix together, avoid lumps forming, and leave it still for 30 minutes. These are very important factors for the texture and amount of the ice cream later produced.
4.3 Make ice cream
a. Make sure water is completely drained, then pour the mixture into the hopper.
b. Press “Wash” (beater will start to rotate, to beat it even), after 2 minutes, press “STOP”, then press “Freeze” to start freezing (Notice: Make sure the mixture level in the cylinder should be lower than the inlet of discharger or else can result in loud noise or damage. when you hear scratch sounds between the beater and the cylinder, that means the mixture inside is not enough.)
c. In “Freeze” mode, the screen will show the progress of ice cream making, generally speaking, when it reaches 80%, the ice cream is ready for dispensing. When it reaches 100%, the machine will stop automatically and back to “Standby” mode.

How to Operate

For different stickers on the display, “SOFT & HARD” sometimes are shown as “+ & -”.

a. Standby Mode
The machine is in this mode after switching on when no button is pressed.
b. Wash Mode
Press“WASH”, “WASH” sign will be on, so do the motor, the beaters start to rotate, but the compressor is off.
The machine is now in Wash Mode. To stop and shift back to Standby Mode, press “STOP”.
c. Freeze Mode
Press “FREEZE”, the “FREEZE” sign is on, the motor start to work immediately, after 5 seconds, the compressor will be on,(or else it will start after the return valve shuts.)As the freezing proceeds, ice cream hardness will reach a certain set value, the screen will show 100%, then the compressor will stop, after 15 seconds, the motor stops too, now a complete ice cream making procedure is over. After a certain set length of time (interval time can be adjusted from 5-to 30 minutes, please refer to the table on the latter page), the system will automatically repeat the above-mentioned procedure, Or if the dispensing sensor is triggered, the “FREEZE” Mode will also start all over again. Press “STOP” to turn back to “Standby” mode.
Cylinder chilling is controlled by timing. Users can set a time interval (30-120 minutes) between the chilling processes. The chilling process runs for 10 minutes at most each time, it will also stop if the ice cream hardness inside has reached a set value, and will then starts the countdown for the next cycle.

Maintenance

6.1. Wash Cylinder
Please wash the cylinder once a day to improve the service life of the machine and also to ensure food safety for customers.
a. Press “WASH”, to beat out all the mixture from the cylinder, then press “STOP” (you can also unload the discharger and take out the beater, so to remove the ice cream that sticks on the beater.)
b. (if you take out the beater and discharger, make sure you install them back properly before pouring water in it) Dissolve the proper amount of disinfectant in warm water, and pour it inside the hopper.
c. Press “WASH” to beat for 5 minutes, then drain it.
d. Pour in clear water, to wash 3-5 times, then stop the machine.
e. Turn off the machine, and disassemble all other components (take out valves and O rings from the discharger, and the big silicone O ring from the discharger)
* Please disassemble and wash the components according to the following steps if the machine has stopped serving for a long time.
a. Unscrew all 2 bolts from the discharger, unload the discharger, then disassemble all components from the discharger
b. Take off the pin, handles, valve stems, and silicone O-ring
c. Take the beater, disassemble the silicone seal from the beater end
d. Wash the components thoroughly and replace the broken ones. e. Assemble back all the components. (apply some lubricant to the valve stem for easier assembling the O
rings and the valve stem back to the discharger )
6.2 Wash the screen
Please use a wet cloth to wipe the screen only, avoid pouring water directly on the control board or the inside, or else can result in malfunction.

Error & Solution

When errors occur, the system will shut down all outputs and display an error code, meanwhile, the alarm will keep beeping. Please refer to the below table for code information.

If motor or any other speed-relevant components are replaced, please run a speed detection: enter F04 menu, delete the existing value, then run wash mode for 10 seconds, and the detection will be automatically completed. Notice:Please run the rotation speed detection in WASH mode,DO NOT run it with ice cream mixture or water inside the cylinder.

8.1 How to set parameters
The parameter can be divided into factory parameters (marked “F”) and user parameters (marked “P”).
a. For the user parameter, long-press the “+” or “-” to enter the setting window. In the setting window, press “SET” to shift between different groups of user parameters, and press “+” & “-” to change the value.
b. For factory parameters, long-press both the “SET”& “STOP” at the same time to enter. When getting into the setting window, press “SET” to shift between different groups of parameters. The first several groups are still user parameters, after the last user parameter, you will see the factory parameter. The setting is the same as the user parameters.
Hardness setting
In “Standby”, “Wash” or “Freeze” mode, You can change the hardness set value. Simply long-press the “+”or “-” until the hardness value blinks, then release the button, and click “+” or “-” to adjust the value.

Repair

  1. Please disconnect power before installing or wiring, always follow the circuit diagram and make sure the power supply is in accordance with that on the nameplate.
  2. Please hire a professional electrical technician for wiring.
  3. Make sure all terminals are firmly connected to connectors.
  4. Keep hands, fluid, or any foreign objects off the PCB, and at least 6mm away from the panels, or else may result in short-circuit and fire.
  5. In the case of a fuse blew, please check and remove the faults first, then replace it with one of the same specifications
  6. In the case of replacing the speed sensor, please make sure the parameter which is DC12V NPN, Hall  Proximity Switch sensor.
  7. After replacing a motor or any speed-relevant components, please run a rotation speed detection.

The above-mentioned are common malfunctions. If a more complex problem occurs, please hire a professional technician.
