Warranty

WHO IS PROTECTED BY THE WARRANTY.
This limited warranty (the “Limited Warranty”) protects only the original end-user (“you” or “your”), and is not transferable and is applicable only in the country (excluding EEA member states and the Russian Federation) in which you originally purchased your Vieta Pro product (the “Product”). Any attempt to transfer this warranty shall immediately make this warranty void.

LIMITED WARRANTY.
FRAMASON AUDIO S.A. is the manufacturer and through its local subsidiary, warrants to you that the Product (including components provided in/with the Product) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ONE year from the date of retail purchase by you (the “Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, the Product (including components), will be repaired or replaced at Vieta Pro’s option, without charge for either parts or labor OR at Vieta Pro’s sole option, the price of the Product pro-rated over the remaining balance of the Warranty Period. Any warranty service or replacement of parts will not extend the Warranty Period.

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects which are a result of: (1) damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect (including the lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance); (2) damage during shipment (claims must be presented to the carrier); (3) damage to, or deterioration of, any accessory or decorative surface; (4) damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions contained in your owner’s manual; (5) damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone other than an authorized Vieta Pro service center; (6) deterioration of components parts, the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use, such as batteries and headphone ear pads.

Furthermore, this Limited Warranty covers only actual defects withing the Product itself, and does not cover the costs of installation or removal from a fixed installation, setup or adjustments, claims based on misrepresentation by seller, performance variations resulting from installation-related circumstances such as source quality or AC power or Product modifications, any unit on which the serial number has been exceaced, modified or removed, or units used for other than home use. This Limited Warranty is valid only for Vieta Pro products purchased from an authorized dealer.

Except to the extent expressly prohibited in your jurisdiction by applicable law, all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are hereby excluded and in no event shall Vieta Pro or any FRAMASON AUDIO S.A. subsidiary be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special or consequential loss or damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Product, even if Vieta Pro and/or FRAMASON AUDIO S.A. subsidiary have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To any extent that FRAMASON AUDIO S.A. cannot lawfully disclaim implied warranties under this Limited Warranty, all such implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives your specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE.
Contact the dealer who sold you this Product, or contact Vieta Pro customer support using the contact information on the relevant country specific support website for your Product to request warranty service. To validate your right to this Limited Warranty, you must provide the original sales invoice or other proof of ownership and date of purchase. Do not return your Product without prior authorization from the corresponding dealer or Vieta Pro (FRAMASON AUDIO S.A.) Warranty repair of the Vieta Pro product must be carried out by and authorized dealer or service center.
Unauthorized warranty repair will void the warranty and is performed at your sole risk.
You are also welcome to consult the relevant country specific Vieta Pro support website for your Product for helpful hints.

WHO PAYS FOR WHAT.
This Limited Warranty covers all expenses for labor and materials required for the repair OR replacement of the Product that is found to be defective, and a reasonable return shipping charge within the country of repair. Please be sure to save the original shipping carton(s), because a charge will be made for additional cartons/packaging.
You will be charged for the cost of examining a unit that is not in need of repair (including resulting shipping costs), or for necessary repairs not covered by this Limited Warranty.

Warranty against defects:
Vieta Pro’s Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. During the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure goes not amount to a major failure. Subject to the terms and conditions herein and Vieta Pro’s Limited Warranty, Vieta Pro will repair or replace without charge any manufacturing defects that appear in Vieta Pro Products within the warranty period identified for the product in the first year, commencing on the date of the original purchase. Features

1. Power on/off
   Long press button and hold for 2 seconds to power on/off the speaker. Each time to power on the speaker, the speaker volume will be under 30%.The default working mode is Bluetooth mode.
2. Bluetooth
   1) Power on the speaker and enter to Bluetooth mode, or you can short press the button to switch to the Bluetooth mode. The Working status indicator light will twinkle in green.
   2) Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone, search for nearby devices. The Vieta Pro Goody 2 will be found on your mobile pairing list, please connect it. When connected, the speaker will prompt “Connected” and the operation indicator will stop twinkling and turns to solid green.
   3) Turn on the mobile or other devices’ music player, the speaker will play the selected music
   4) The speaker will pair with the latest used Bluetooth device automatically when devices are in the paring range.
   Long press the button to disconnect the current Bluetooth connection.
3. Mobile Hands-free phone calls(Under Bluetooth Mode)
   Short press the  button to answer/hand off the phone call.
   Short press or  button to switch the call between the speaker and the phone.
4. TWS (True Wireless Stereo) function (only works in Bluetooth and Aux In mode)
   a) Power on 2pcs Goody 2 (ensure both speakers are in Bluetooth waiting to pair status).
   b) Short press the button on either one speaker (only one speaker, no need pressing two speakers)to enter the TWS pairing mode. The indicator light will flash in orange and green color alternately.
   Once the two speakers are paired, the speaker you pressed (tw icon) will flash green (indicating that it is the master speaker). Also, the slave speaker will flash orange.
   Note: You can pair the Goody 2 with an Easy 2 and an Upper 2.
   d) Use your phone to pair the master speaker Goody 2 via Bluetooth, and play music on both speakers.
   e) TWS function also works at AUX-in mode, please make the TWS pairing first, then plug in the included 3.5mm Aux cable into master speaker(Please note: the Aux In cable need to insert into the master speaker). The master speaker will be switched to AUX In mode automatically.
   f) Short press the button on either one speaker to disconnect the TWS pairing. Long press the button to clear the TWS paring memory.
   
5. USB Music Playing
   Inserting the USB disk into the speaker. Short press the button to enter the USB mode , the speaker will prompt “USB Mode”. Then the speaker will play the USB music directly. The max USB capacity upto 32G and support the MP3/WMA/WAV music format.
6. FM Radio
   Press the button to set the Radio FM mode (the vocal guidance of the speaker will show “FM Radio mode”).
   In FM mode, press and hold in order to generate the automatic search and automatically save FM radio stations.
   Note: in order to get a good experience when using FM function. We suggest auto scan and save the radio FM stations when using in the new environment.
7. Aux in Mode
   Use the 3.5mm audio cable included to connect the speaker to an audio source (PC, MP3/MP4, mobile phone). the speaker will prompt “Aux in mode”. The speaker will play the music from the audio source.
   Please note: Track switch button of speaker does not work under Aux in mode, you can only switch sound track from audio source device.
8. Calling out the mobile’s voice assistant
   Under Bluetooth pairing status, long press and hold the button for 2 seconds to call out the mobile’s voice assistant function on the speaker.
   Please Note: Due to the different compatibility on different brand’s android system, the experience will be different.

Please connect the speaker’s USB slot to the digital devices· charging jack via the USB cable. speaker can charge these digital device, with voltage at SV, max output current at 1A.

Intelligent power saving function

The speaker will be automatically powered off in below cases:

1. Under Bluetooth mode, the speaker is waiting to pair for more than 20 minutes
2. Under USB mode/ FM mode/ Aux In mode, if press the [> button to pause/mute for more than 20 minutes.
   Note: Please long press button again to power on the speaker

Charging

When speaker with low battery capacity, the speaker will prompt “battery low”, and the volume will be automatically reduce to 60% .Please charge the battery via included USB cable immediately. During charging, the power indicator will keep flashing. When fully charged, the power indicator will stay in solid.

Please use the good quality adaptor to charge the speaker. We suggest use the adaptor specification at SV /2A When speaker with low battery capacity, please charge the speaker immediately

To prolong Battery Lifespan, fully charge at least once every 3 months. Battery life will vary due to usage patterns and environmental conditions. Do not expose the Vieta Pro product to liquids without removing all cable connections and close the cap tightly. Do not expose Vieta Pro product to water while charging. It may result in permanent damage to the speaker or product, and power source.

Warranty

WHO IS PROTECTED BY THE WARRANTY.
This limited warranty (the “Limited Warranty”) protects only the original end-user (“you” or “your”), and is not transferable and is applicable only in the country (excluding EEA member states and the Russian Federation) in which you originally purchased your Vieta Pro product (the “Product”). Any attempt to transfer this warranty shall immediately make this warranty void.

LIMITED WARRANTY.

FRAMASON AUDIO S.A. is the manufacturer and through its local subsidiary, warrants to you that the Product (including components provided in/with the Product) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ONE year from the date of retail purchase by you (the “Warranty Period”). During theWarranty Period, the Product (including components), will be repaired or replaced at Vieta Pro’s option, without charge for either parts or labor OR at Vieta Pro’s sole option, the price of the Product pro-rated over the remaining balance of the Warranty Period. Any warranty service or replacement of parts will not extend the Warranty Period.

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects which are a result of:

1. damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect (including the lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance);
2. damage during shipment (claims must be presented to the carrier);
3. damage to, or deterioration of, any accessory or decorative surface;
4. damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions contained in your owner’s manual;
5. damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone other than an authorized Vieta Pro service center;
6. deterioration of components parts, the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use, such as batteries and headphone ear pads.

Furthermore, this Limited Warranty covers only actual defects withing the Product itself, and does not cover the costs of installation or removal from a fixed installation, setup or adjustments, claims based on misrepresentation by seller, performance variations resulting from installation-related circumstances such as source quality or AC power or Product modifications, any unit on which the serial number has been effected. This Limited Warranty is valid only for Vieta Pro products purchased from an authorized dealer.

Except to the extent expressly prohibited in your jurisdiction by applicable law, all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are hereby excluded and in no event shall Vieta Pro or any FRAMASON AUDIO S.A. subsidiary be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special or consequential loss or damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Product, even if Vieta Pro and/or FRAMASON AUDIO S.A. subsidiary have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To any extent that FRAMASON AUDIO S.A. cannot lawfully disclaim implied warranties under this Limited Warranty, all such implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives your specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE.

Contact the dealer who sold you this Product, or contact Vieta Pro customer support using the contact information on the relevant country specific support website for your Product to request warranty service. To validate your right to this Limited Warranty, you must provide the original sales invoice or other proof of ownership and date of purchase. Do not return your Product without prior authorization from the corresponding dealer or Vieta Pro (FRAMASON AUDIO S.A.) Warranty repair of the Vieta Pro product must be carried out by and authorized dealer or service center.

Unauthorized warranty repair will void the warranty and is performed at your sole risk. You are also welcome to consult the relevant country specific Vieta support website for your Product for helpful hints.

WHO PAYS FOR WHAT.

This Limited Warranty covers all expenses for labor and materials required for the repair OR replacement of the Product that is found to be defective, and a reasonable return shipping charge within the country of repair. Please be sure to save the original shipping carton(s), because a charge will be made for additional cartons/packaging. You will be charged for the cost of examining a unit that is not in need of repair (including resulting shipping costs), or for necessary repairs not covered by this Limited Warranty.
