All Wavestorm™ surfboards, standup paddleboards, and other boards by AGIT Global, Inc. (“Wavestorm™ Board(s)”) are warranted to be free of manufacturing and materials defects for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All claims of any manufacturing or materials defect must be made within thirty (30) days directly to AGIT or to the retail store where the Wavestorm™ Board was purchased, together with proof of purchase. If it is determined upon inspection by AGIT Global, Inc. that a manufacturing defect is present, then AGIT will repair the board or replace the board with like merchandise at its sole discretion. No monetary refunds or exchanges for any product other than a Wavestorm™ Board will be made. Provided, however, that Wavestorm™ Boards used for commercial purposes, such as rentals, surf schools and camps, are not warranted for any period of time. The installation of any third party parts and/or accessories, such as fins, grips and/or mounts, on the Wavestorm™ Board, voids the warranty. Drilling or cutting into, and/or affixing objects to, the Wavestorm Board also voids the warranty.
Although Wavestorm™ Boards are made with the finest materials and manufactured to the highest standards in the industry, because of the nature of surfing, AGIT Global, Inc. cannot warrant against damage to or breakage of a board caused or incurred during its use, even if such damage falls within the thirty (30) day warranty period. Repair and replacement kits, however, are available from AGIT Global, Inc. by contacting its Customer Service Department at 1-877-673-3622 or 1-714-389-1815. Safety Precautions
A Wavestorm™ Board is not intended to be used as a floatation, safety or life saving device. Do not use Wavestorm™ Boards if you are not a good swimmer or in any waters in which you are unable to safely swim, including where dangerous rip tides or currents may be present, and do not paddle or surf alone. Adult supervision and caution is strongly recommended for use of a Wavestorm™ Board by any persons under the age of 18 years. Always use caution when using a Wavestorm™ Board by inspecting for rocks, reefs and other dangerous areas nearby. Always maintain a safe distance from other surfers, boats and vessels while using a Wavestorm™ Board. Wavestorm™ Boards are not intended for sledding or sliding on any surfaces other than water. Wavestorm™ Boards are not intended to be used as a pool floatation device. Keep product away from open flames.
The use of a life jacket when operating or riding a Wavestorm™ Board is recommended in all circumstances and it is required by law in many circumstances. The U.S. Coast Guard (“USCG”) has determined that a standup paddleboard is a vessel under most circumstances. Under USCG regulations, all persons aged 12 years old or younger must wear a USCG-approved life jacket when operating a standup paddleboard, and all persons aged 13 years or older must possess an approved life jacket on a standup paddleboard. Each operator of a standup paddleboard must carry a whistle or other sound-producing device. If on the water after sunset or in poor visibility conditions, each operator of a standup paddleboard must display a flashlight or similar lighting device when operating near other vessels, as well as carry a visual distress signal device. Operators of standup paddleboards must follow the navigational rules per the USCG. State or local agencies may impose additional rules and regulations where the Wavestorm™ Board is operated.
Do not apply excessive force to the paddle blade or shaft, and do not strike the paddle against rocks or other hard surfaces. Discontinue use of the paddle if you observe any cracks, corrosion, stress marks or creases on the paddle shaft, if the shaft appears bent, or if the paddle blade or handle is loose, cracked or broken. Continued use of the paddle after the blade or shaft is compromised may cause the paddle to break and can cause personal injury. If you believe that your paddle is compromised, please contact our Customer Service Department to see if you are eligible for a free replacement paddle. Inspect your paddle prior to each usage. Avoid using a paddle if corrosion, oxidation, denting, deep scratches, cracks, holes, deformities, kinks or unusual noises are present. Avoid using board set-up in crowded areas, unpredictable water conditions, or without proper supervision and proper skill where fins, leash, or the body of the board could present hazardous outcomes. Do not use the board if any part is broken or outer skins are compromised. Avoid using the board in conditions that compromise safety of the rider. Use only with proper swimming skill.

SPORT BOARD STRAPPING SOFT ROOF RACK | INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
Larger loads can potentially tear from racks under windy or high-speed conditions. Do not exceed 88 km/h (55 mph) while using the SPORT BOARD STRAPPING SOFT ROOF RACK. Racks can potentially loosen over the course of travel. It is best to pull aside in a safe traffic-free area and reapply tension to the load. Do not use straps for any other item other than intended sports board use. Do not use straps if any sign of tearing, peeling, fraying, or compromise appear in webbing or components. Confirm all straps remain in good condition and have proper tension securing the load before use. Please remove from vehicle after use and do not subject to sunlight and weather.
Misuse can cause damage to vehicles, boards and the strapping system. Other vehicles can be damaged and people can be injured or killed in accidents caused by a board falling off a vehicle due to improper use of the strapping system. AGIT Global and its retailers and distributors disclaim all liability for improper use of the strapping system and/or failure to follow these instructions
- Locate base pads in center of car top. One near front and one near rear of roof
- Place the load over the base pads. Place bottom of board facing up.
- Open all vehicle doors and feed straps over the load from one side of the car to the other side. Position the straps over the base pads. Keep blue center-marker centralized over the load.
- Secure straps inside car. Feed webbing through the rear of the cam lock and pull to light tension.
- Webbing should not slip through the cam lock. Note: If you are finding slippage of the webbing please review that you have fed the webbing from the rear of cam lock.
- Upon final tightening the straps should be extremely taught with absolutely no slack on load. Check the tension on both straps.
- Take the remainder of the strap length and secure with a Running style knot.
- Before each trip and periodically during long trips check straps for loss of tension, wear, or tear. If there is a loss of tension reapply the straps with sufficient taught tension.
- If straps are loose wind vibration can cause strap and components to wear quickly.
- Never drive over the speed of 88 km/h (55 mph) with rooftop loading.
