Resolve Razer Synapse 3 cannot launch or crashes
You may experience issues with Razer Synapse 3 suddenly crashing, not launching properly, or stops running. This may be caused by either admin restrictions or Synapse 3 files may be corrupted or missing or a simple log in issue. It is also possible that Razer Synapse 3 is being blocked by your firewall or the Razer Synapse Service is not running.
To resolve this issue:
- Run Synapse 3 as administrator.
- Ensure that Synapse 3 is not blocked by your firewall and antivirus software.
- Ensure that your computer’s specifications have met the system requirements to install Synapse 3.
- If the issue persists, check if the “Razer Synapse Service” is running.
- Run the “Task Manager”.
- Check whether Razer Synapse Service and Razer Central Service are running. If not, right-click on them and pick “Restart” to start the service. Run Central Service first and then Synapse Service.
- If the Razer Synapse Service is still showing “Stopped”, run the “Event Viewer” by clicking “Start”, type “event” and select “Event Viewer”.
- Look for the “Application Error” and identify the events that are from the “Razer Synapse Service” or “Razer Central Service”. Select all the events.
- Select “Save Selected Events…” and send the extracted file over to Razer through Contact Us.
- If the issue persists, your Synapse 3 may be corrupted. Perform a clean reinstall.
