Turn Bluetooth On / Off – HTC One (M8) for Windows

1. From the Start screen, swipe left to display the Apps list.
    Alternatively, tap All apps  (located in the lower-right; may require scrolling to the bottom of the Start screen).
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Bluetooth.
4. Tap the Bluetooth switch to turn on  or off .
    Your HTC One® (M8) for Windows® is visible to other devices as long as the Bluetooth® settings screen is open and Bluetooth is turned on.
