How to use

A weighted blanket can be used instead of a regular duvet. Make sure that you do not cover your head with the blanket. The blanket creates a deep pressure that gives a snug fit and cocooning feeling. You can use the weighted blanket to relax, wind down and fall asleep easier and then remove it during the night. You can also choose to use it the whole time you sleep.
The deep pressure effect may improve your sleep quality in comparison to a regular duvet and may help in cases of insomnia. To prolong the lifespan, it is recommended that you use a duvet cover with this product.

Care
You can wash the weighted blanket by hand, not in the washing machine.
Mites thrive in damp, warm, and dark environments.
Therefore, when you wake up in the morning, air your duvet well so the remaining moisture can evaporate before putting it back on the bed. We also recommended that you hang your weighted blanket outdoors regularly, to give it a good airing, keeping it dry, fresh, and free from dust between washes.
