Overview
In the Box
The box contains the OPPO Encon W11 True Wireless Headphones, the USB-C cable, S, M, L size ear tips (the size M ear tips are mounted on the earbuds), the Quick Start Guide, and the warranty card.
Bluetooth Pairing
- When using for the first time, open the Charging Case and the earbuds will start pairing automatically.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your device:
- Normal Pairing: On the Bluetooth interface, search and select “OPPO Encon W11”
- Quick Pairing: Hold near unlocked OPPO phone, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Automatic Connection
After the pairing record has been recorded, open the Charging Case, then the earbuds will connect to your device automatically. If the connection fails, the earbuds turn to pairing mode.
Pairing with Other Devices
Disable Bluetooth feature on your device, the earbuds will start pairing automatically, the earbuds then are available for pairing with a new device.
Charging
Check Charge Status The Indicator shows charge status of the earbuds when they are in Charging Case. Otherwise, the Indicator shows charge status of the Charging Case. The indicator color indicates the battery level, red indicates low battery, yellow indicates medium power, and green indicates high battery.
Charge the Earbuds The earbuds charge while in the Charging Case and the lid close.
Charge the Charging Case Use the USB-C cable to charge the Charging Case. The Indicator will light up when charging.
* If there is sweat or liquid on the Coloring Contacts, clean them before charging. Otherwise corrosion and damage may occur
* The buds and the Charging Case could be damaged when they are out of battery for over 2 months, please charge in time.
Touch Control
* “•” means touch it once.
* Whether voice assistant is supported depends on the brand and the model of the device.
Resetting
- With the earbuds in the Charging Case and lid open, and disconnect the earbuds with the device.
- Press and hold the right/R earbuds until the Indicator flashes red three times. Then the earbuds have been restored to factory settings.
Specifications
* The battery capacity, audio playtime, and charging time were tested in our OPPO laboratories at a temperature of 25″C using an OPPO standard charger. The actual results may differ slightly based on environmental factors and the charger used
* All these specifications were obtained based on tests performed by OPPO laboratories.
