If the Chroma lighting your Razer keyboard does not sync with other Razer devices, this may be caused by a software, driver, or firmware issue.
To resolve this, follow the steps below:
- Ensure that your Razer device’s drivers are up to date.
- Make sure that your Razer Synapse software is up to date
- Ensure that your computer’s OS is up to date.
- Make sure that the Razer device is plugged in directly to the computer and not on a USB hub. If it is already directly plugged into the computer, try a different USB port.
- For Razer keyboards with two USB connections, make sure that both of them are plugged directly into the computer.
- For desktop computers, we recommend using the USB port at the back of the system unit.
- Check if you are using the same Synapse version for all the Chroma-enabled devices and they have the same Chroma features.
- Synapse 2-exclusive devices will not sync with Synapse 3, and vice versa.
- The Synapse devices need to have the same features in order to sync properly (for example, a mouse without the “Starlight” lighting effect will not sync with a keyboard that has the “Starlight” lighting effect).
- Enable the in-game Chroma lighting in Synapse 3 under “CHROMA APPS” tab.
- Test the device on another computer without Synapse.
