After the gateway is successfully registered on the network, a single solid white LED illuminates continuously to indicate that the gateway is online and fully operational.
Important: To help prevent errors during installation, connect the coax cable to a cable outlet first, then connect the power cord to an electrical outlet. |

MAC Address and Network Name (SSID) |
MAC addresses are written as 12 digits containing both letters and numbers (0-9, A-F). A MAC address is unique. The first six characters of the MAC address are unique to the manufacturer of the device.
Note: The default SSID and password are listed on the bottom of the device. To change these, use the Panoramic Wifi app or web portal at wifi.cox.com. After a factory reset, the SSID and password revert back to the default. |
Troubleshooting
The lights indicate the current status of your WiFi modem. To troubleshoot any connection problems, use the table below.

OFF | No light | Device is off or in Power Save Mode | No power. Verify that the power supply and electrical outlet connections are secure. Also make sure the outlet is not connected to a switch. |

UPSTREAM | Flashing Green | Registration | None. |
ERROR | Solid Red | Offline | Verify all cable connections and try resetting the gateway. For manual reboots, unplug the power cord from the back of the gateway rather than at the wall outlet, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. |
