Quick Start Guide
Before operating this product, please read the instructions completely, and keep a copy of the manual handy for future reference.
Warnings
The toothbrush Is completely safe when used according to directions. Like any electrical appliance, however, basic safety precautions should be followed, especially when children are present.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
Water
- To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire or Injury to persons:
- Do not place or store the charger where It can fall or be pulled Into a bathtub, sink or tollet.
- Do not place or drop the charger Into water or any other liquid.
- Do not reach for a product that has fallen into water or any other liquid. Unplug Immediately.
- Do not use while bathing.
- Unplug the charger before cleaning, and ensure that It Is completely dry before plugging It back Into an electrical outlet.
Voltage
- To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire or Injury to persons:
- Do not plug the charger Into an outlet with a voltage other than that specified on the bottom of the charger.
- This product Is designed to operate within a range of 100-240 volts.
- Voltage converters do not guarantee compatibility.
- Do not force the plug Into an outlet.
- If the plug does not fit easily Into the outlet, try a different outlet or discontinue use.
- Never wrap the cord around the appliance. Never allow the power supply cord to be pulled, twisted, or severely bent. Untwist the cord before use.
Additional Warnings
- Toothbrushes can be used by children and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or Instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards Involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the appliance must be disposed of.
- The battery must be removed from the appliance before It Is disposed of.
- The appliance must be disconnected from the mains supply when the battery Is removed.
- The battery Is to be disposed of safely. Please contact your local recycling and waste facility for Information regarding battery disposal.
- Use this product only for Its intended use as described In this manual. This product Is designed to clean your teeth, gums, and tongue only. Do not use any attachments or brush heads other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- The toothbrush Is a personal care appliance and Is not Intended for use on multiple patients In a dental office or institution.
Attention
Please handle this product with care and inspect it regularly to ensure it is in good working order.
If the product, power supply cord or plug shows any signs of damage: stop use, unplug and contact Kogan.com support.
- If your toothpaste contains peroxide, baking soda or other bicarbonate (common in whitening toothpastes), thoroughly clean your brush head and handle to avoid cracking the plastic.
- Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord, plug or charger.
- Do not use this product if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged in any way.
- Keep the product, including the power cord, away from heat sources.
- If you experience discomfort or pain in your mouth, discontinue use immediately and contact a dentist.
- Do not attempt to remove the battery unless the product is at the end of its use life.
- Do not clean the toothbrush in the dishwasher.
- Do not use outdoors, or operate where aerosol products are being used, or when oxygen is being administered.
- Do not leave the appliance when it is plugged in. Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before servicing.
- Do not pull or carry by the cord, use the cord as a handle, close a door on the cord or pulpl the cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run any appliances over the cord.
- Do not handle the plug or appliance with wet hands.
- Turn off all controls before unplugging.
Medical Warnings
If you have had oral surgery or gum surgery within the last two months, consult with your dentist before using this product. Consult with your dentist if excessive bleeding occurs while using this product, or minor bleeding continues to occur after one week of use. Consult with your doctor or implant device manufacturer prior to use of this product if you have any questions concerning the use of this product combined with a pacemaker or any other implanted medical device(s). Consult with your doctor prior to use if you have any other medical concerns. Always unplug this product immediately after use. Never use while sleeping or while drowsy.

Getting Started
Charging the toothbrush
- Be sure to turn off the toothbrush before charging.
- Plug the power plug into the outlet.
- Place the handle into the charger. The charger indicator will light up, indicating that the handle is charging. After the battery is fully charged, all 3 sections of the charge indicator will be solid green, indicating that the battery is fully charged.
Notes:
- It takes at least 24 hours to charge the battery fully. When fully charged, the toothbrush can be used for 20 pre-timed brush cycles, or approximately 10 days of brushing, if you brush your teeth twice daily.
- The toothbrush MUST be charged for 24 hours, if:
a) This is your first time using the toothbrush
b) The toothbrush has not been used for more than three months
c) The charge has been completely drained through use.
- To keep the battery fully charged, we recommend that you keep the toothbrush in the charger when not in use.
- During charge, the toothbrush will get warm. This is normal.
- The operation duration will become shorter as the battery gets older. If the toothbrush operates for only 1 short time after being fully charged, this means that the battery is near the end of its life cycle. Contact the Kogan.com customer support team for information.
How to Use
- Attach a brush to the handle. There will be about 0.5mm space between the brush head and the handle (Fig 1).
- Press the mode select button to select your mode. If you know the mode used last time, you need not select the mode again. There are 3 modes.
• CLEAN: Standard mode for superior teeth cleaning.
• POLISH: Teeth cleaning with polishing.
• MASSAGE: Pulsates for gentle gum stimulation. - Wet the bristles and apply a small amount of toothpaste.
- Place the bristles against your teeth at a slight angle towards the gum line (Fig 2).
- Press the ON/OFF button to turn toothbrush on.
- Apply light pressure and gently move the brush head slowly across the teeth in a small back and forth motion.
- In order to maximize the cleaning effectiveness, divide your mouth into 4 sections. Start with section land brush each section for 30 seconds. The brushing action will pause between each 30 second interval, indicating when to move to the next section. The toothbrush will automatically stop after 2 minutes of use (Fig 3).
- Take the brush head off the handle (Fig 4).
- Rinse both the brush head and handle under running water and wipe them dry (Fig 5).
- Put the handle back into the charger.
Maintenance
Be sure to remove the plug from the electrical outlet before cleaning the product.
Charger
- Using a soft cloth, wipe off any dirt from the chargers exterior surfaces.
- Clean the plug periodically, especially the metal plating to ensure it remains in good working order. The accumulation of dust or dirt on the plug can cause an electric shock, overheating or fire.
Toothbrush
- Remove the brush head.
- Wipe all surface areas with a damp cloth, then place the handle back into the charger. Do not submerge the handle into water.
- Rinse the brush head and bristles after each use.
- Do not clean in the dishwasher.
Troubleshooting

Disposal
The power source of this product is a nickel-metal hydride battery, which can be recycled. At the end of the product’s life, always remove the battery before you discard the product, and recycle or dispose of the battery according to the local waste management requirements. Do not throw the appliance away with normal household waste. Instead, hand it in to an official waste collection point for recycling. By doing the above, you help to preserve and protect the environment.
- Before removing the battery, be sure to completely drain the unit of power. Turn the device on and let it work continuously until it does not work any more.
- Use a screwdriver to remove the screw and battery door.
- Hold the handle upside-down, the press the toothbrush shaft. Remove the two hooks at the same time to release the internal components of the handle.
- Insert a screwdriver next to the battery connections, then twist to break the connections. Remove the circuit board and pry the battery from the plastic carrier.
- Recycle or dispose of the battery properly. Ask your local waste facility if they will accept the remaining toothbrush components for recycling.
Be careful to not short-circuit the negative and positive poles of the battery. Do not connect the appliance to the mains again after you have removed the battery.
