The Razer controller does not work on PS5 games?
The Razer controllers will work with supported PlayStation 4 games on PlayStation 5, however it will not be compatible with PS5 titles as confirmed by Sony. Please check out PlayStation 5: Answering your questions on compatible PS4 peripherals & accessories.
Is there a way to disable the PS, SHARE and OPTIONS buttons on the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™?
Yes. Pressing the Mic and Volume button simultaneously while in-game activates the Competition mode. This mode will disable the PS, SHARE and OPTIONS buttons on your Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ to prevent accidental presses while playing.
What are the games that I can play on PS4™ console with Razer Raion?
Technically, you can use the Razer Raion for any PS4™ game. However, the Razer Raion was designed for fighting games and games which do not require an analog stick for control.
Will I be able to control the audio volume from the Razer Raion?
Yes. Press the Volume control button to cycle through the levels of the headset port. Alternatively, you may also press and hold the Volume control button, and then press the up or down buttons of the D-Pad.
There is no audio when my headset is connected to the 3.5mm audio port on Razer Raion. What should I do?
If the controller is connected to the PS4™ system, hold the PS4™ button to access the Quick Menu. Next, ensure the headset is not muted and connected correctly to the controller.
How do I clean my Razer controller?
We cannot say with certainty what type of dirt and debris may be on your product, or how certain cleaning products may react with it, but we have had good luck cleaning Razer products using commonly available monitor cleaning wipes.
To clean the body of your Razer controller please take a monitor wipe and use gentle wiping motions. Do not scrub the surface of your Razer controller.
Does the Mode Switch at the back of the controller allow me to switch from wired to wireless mode?
No. The Mode switch allows you to switch between PC and PS4. Before connecting the Razer Raion to your PC or PS4, set the Mode switch to the corresponding system (PC or PS4). Once connected, the status indicator will turn solid green.
How many face buttons does the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ have?
The Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ has six face Mechanical pushbuttons.
What does the status indicator imply in the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™?
The Status indicator only lights up when the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ is plugged into the system.
Solid Green = Connected to the system. Solid White = Competition Mode is active.
Can I change the bumper modes on the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™?
Yes. You can switch from the default mode, R1/R2 on the right bumpers and L1/L2 on the left bumpers to L1/L2 and L3/R3 respectively by toggling the Bumper mode switch at the bottom right part of the controller’s body.
Does the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ have on-board memory?
No, the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ doest not have on-board memory.
Is there an indicator to see which bumper mode is currently active?
The switch position will indicate the bumper mode currently active.
What does the D-pad mode switch on the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ do?
Use the D-pad mode switch to shift the controller function to either directional pad (DP), left analog stick (LS), or right analog stick (RS).
Are the 2 extra face buttons on the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ pre-set to specific functions? Can I assign other functions to those buttons?
Yes, each face button on the Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4™ is assigned to a specific function. However, there is no button on the Razer Raion that can be customized for certain actions.
Can I modify my Razer Raion fightpad for PS4™?
No, the controller cannot be modified.
Does the Razer Raion have an audio input/output port?
Yes, the Razer Raion has a 3.5mm audio port for stereo output and microphone input.
Will I be able to mute my mic from Razer Raion?
Yes. Press on the Mic button to mute or unmute the microphone. The button will light up red when the connected headset’s microphone has been muted.
How long is the USB cable on Razer Raion?
The cable on Razer Raion is 3 meters long.
Is the USB cable on the Razer Raion detachable?
No, the USB cable cannot be detached from the controller.
