Front View Click to enlarge.		After the cable modem is successfully registered on the network, the POWER, DS, US, and ONLINE indicators illuminate continuously to indicate that the cable modem is online and fully operational.

The modem lights indicate the current status of your cable modem. To troubleshoot any connection problems, use the table below.

POWER	Off	No power. Verify power supply connections and electrical outlet, also make sure the outlet is not connected to a switch.
DS	Blinking	Establishing a connection from the Internet to the computer. Verify cable connections and try resetting the modem.
	Solid	None.
US	Off	Establishing a connection from the computer to the Internet. Verify cable connections and try resetting the modem.
	Solid	None.
ONLINE	Blinking	Establishing a connection to the cable provider. Verify cable connections and try resetting the modem.
	Solid	None. Connection established
LINK	Blinking	None. Data is flowing between the computer and the Internet
