Apps REXTON App

INSTALLING THE APP

  1. Tap the “Install” button in the app store and then tap “Open”.
  2. Check the box to accept “terms and conditions”.
  3. Select a connection option:
    a. TeleCare*: this option allows future remote programming by your dispenser. Works with Bluetooth and non-BT.
    * You’ll need to grant access to microphone and camera to communicate with your dispenser.

    b. The QR code transfers hearing aid information to the app. Works with Bluetooth and non-BT.

    c. Bluetooth transfers all hearing aid data to the app including battery status. Works only with Bluetooth hearing aids.

    d. The Manual option is used with non-Bluetooth hearing aids if you don’t have a 6 digit code or QR code.
  4. Check the box to accept the terms of use for TeleCare.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code provided by your dispenser.
  6. Tap “Proceed” to agree to communication with your dispenser while using TeleCare.
  7. Tap “Allow” to record audio. This will allow you to use the phone function in the app while using TeleCare.
  8. Tap “Allow” to take pictures and record video. This will allow you to use the video conference function in the app while using TeleCare.
  9. Tap “Proceed” to scan for Bluetooth devices. You may revoke this permission later as location services are not required to use the app.
  10. Verify that your phone is in the recommended phones list.
  11. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your hearing aids with the app. Tap “Ok”.
  12. Tap the name of your hearing aids when displayed.
  13. Tap “Let’s go” when the “Connection successful” message appears.

APP FEATURES

Programs (Fig. 1 & 2):
Tap the program name to see and select from all available hearing programs.

Volume (Fig. 3):
Select the Volume control screen to use the slider to raise or lower the volume of your hearing aids.

Sound Balance (Fig. 4):
Select the Sound Balance screen to use the slider to raise or lower the volume of high frequency sounds.

Streaming (Fig. 5):
This screens shows whether you are connected to a streaming device or not and the type of device connected (iOS, Smart Mic, etc.)
Tap Connect to Smart Transmitter 2.4 to engage a previously paired transmitter.

Connect to Smart Transmitter 2.4 (Fig. 6):
When the Smart Transmitter 2.4 is engaged, you may change the volume of streaming signal with the slider.
Tap the Disconnect button to disengage the Smart Transmitter 2.4.

Directional hearing (Fig. 7 & 8):
You may change the directionality of your hearing aids in this screen.

  1. Tap one of the four quadrants to point the hearing aids’ microphones in that direction. The top of the screen is to the front.
  2. If front directionality is selected, use the sliders to narrow or widen the directional focus.
  3. Tap the center figure to hear all sounds around you equally.
  4. Tap the Auto button to return to automatic function.

Hearing lessons (Fig. 9):
Tap the three horizontal lines on the upper left side of the app and tap Hearing Lessons.
These are designed to help you get the most benefit from your hearing aids by guiding you through several exercises.

Professional (Fig. 10):
Tap the three horizontal lines on the upper left side of the app and tap Professional.

  1. Send text messages to your dispenser regarding your hearing aids
  2. Apply the TeleCare changes your dispenser sent to your hearing aids.

Satisfaction (Fig. 11):
Tap the three horizontal lines on the upper left side of the app and tap Professional.
Tap the face that best describes your satisfaction level that day.
This information is sent to your dispenser via TeleCare and may be used to improve your experience if needed.

Settings Menu (Fig. 12):
Tap the three horizontal lines on the upper left side of the app and tap Settings.

Hearing Aid Settings (Fig. 13)

  1. Low Battery Interval: you may choose the frequency of the alerts when your hearing aids’ batteries are running low.
  2. Power-On-Delay: you may choose the time the hearing aids take to turn on after being removed from the charger or closing the battery door.
  3. Use motion sensor: utilizes your movement to change directionality and noise reduction.
  4. Bluetooth mode: turns off Bluetooth in the app, not on the cell phone.

App Settings (Fig. 14):

  1. Set up the app: select if you want to go through the app pairing process.
  2. Connect to TeleCare: this option is available if TeleCare was not selected as the connection option during setup.
  3. Language: you may choose 1 of 21 language options.
  4. Usage statistics: enable if you want to help Rexton with app improvements.
  5. Rate the app: let us know how the ap is working for you.

ADDING TELECARE

Adding TeleCare after App Installation (Fig. 18 – 23)

  1. Tap the three horizontal lines on the upper left side of the app
  2. Tap App settings.
  3. Tap Connect to TeleCare.
  4. Check the box to agree to Terms of use for TeleCare.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code your dispenser provided.
  6. Tap Ok to provide access to your phone’s microphone.
    This is required to use the phone function of the app to communicate with your dispenser if using TeleCare Remote Session.*
  7. Tap Ok to provide access to your phone’s camera.
    This is required to use the video conferencing function of the app to communicate with your dispenser if using TeleCare Remote Session.*

*Available only with Bluetooth enabled hearing aids.

Group Manage

Make sure your phone or device is successfully connected with the RGB LED Light.

Shake Selection
The shake feature will randomly select a color everytime you shake your phone.

Modify Pin Sequence

  1. Select to set up a new color setting.
  2. Click to save on when selection is completed.

RGB Value Setup

  1. Click to open the interface of the RGB Value Setup.
  2. Slide the R – G – B progress bar to change the RGB value.
  3. Or press the button minus ‘-‘ or plus ‘+’ to change the RGB value.
  4. Click ‘Cancel’ or ‘OK’ when setup completed.

Style
This Style Interface has a variety of functions, including Static colors, Color Jumping Change, Color Cross Fade and etc. Below is a slider progress bar that will adjust the rate in which the selected function will operate at.

Music

Select the Music mode to play music with the RGB LED Light. The brightness and colors will randomly changed base on the music.

Step 1:
After installing your RGB LED Light, download & install ‘Lotus Lantern’ from Apple Store or Google Play Store or scan the QR code below.

Once installed turn ON your phone’s bluetooth and open the ‘Lotus Lantern’ App.

Voice control and music are also options that are able to be selected to alter the characteristics of the RGB LED Light, adjusting the brightness in sync with the volume of the selected audio input from Phone or External MIC.

This Schedule Interface will allow you to set alarms that once reached will turn the RGB LED Light on or off. To set a specific run period just set a time to switch on and a separate time after which will turn the off.

Mobile phone App installation

  1. Download and install HDWifiCamPro from Apple Store for IOS, and search on GooglePlay for Android. For easy installation, please scan the below QR code to download and install HDWifiCamPro. If your device fails to connect to GooglePlay, please scan the below APK QR code for download and installation.
    Note: It is recommended to use the QR code scanning software that comes with your browser or a third party to scan and download App. Direct download and installation of App files is not supported by WeChat scan.

  2. Click “+” to add a new camera. Click and add the connected camera, enter the page for adding the camera, fill in the UID or password to add the camera. Note: when using the camera for the first me, please refer to “set up the camera to connect to the WIFI network” section on the instruction to set up the camera to connect to your router before adding the camera.
  3. There are two ways to quickly enter the camera UID: A. Scan the QR code on the camera; B. Search the camera through the local network.
  4. Fill in the camera name and the P2P password. The default P2P password is 6666. Confirm and click Ok. Camera is added successfully. It is recommended to
    modify the P2P access password after setting up the camera.
  5. After the camera is showed online, then click the camera you just added to watch the real-time video. You can control the device in the video interface.

Camera setting

  1. Click the gear button at the back to open the advanced configuration page of the camera.
  2. Modify the WIFI connection. Select WIFI Settings and the camera will show the available Wi-Fi hotspots. Select your Wi-Fi network name (SSID), enter the Wi-Fi password and press the finish key to connect.
    Note: After saving, if the camera is connected to WIFI, the camera will disconnect the current connection to try a new WIFI network, which will cause the camera in the App to be temporarily offline for about 1 minute.
  3. SD card video recording setting: Set the mode and the screen size of SD card video recording.

Connect the camera to the Wi-Fi wireless network

For a new camera or the camera you install to a new location, please reset the camera to default settings (press and hold the camera reset button for more
than 5 seconds after the camera starts), and turn on AP mode after the camera restarts. The WIFI indicator light flashes slowly (once every 3 seconds). Then
turn on the phone settings, connect the phone to the camera’s AP hotspot (the WIFI network is named after the camera UID), and wait for the phone to switch
to the camera’s WIFI network before starting App.

  2.  Select to add camera “+” in App
  3. Select to connect the camera to the WIFI network.
  4. Click the WIFI configuration, and then verify that the displayed WIFI network name is the same as the UID number of the device. Then return to APP, the
    device will be added automatically.
  5. Then click the camera configuration page and click Wi-Fi Settings, select the router hotspot to be configured and enter the correct WIFI password, waiting for the camera to get online.
    Note: if the App always fails, try to check the following:

    •  Camera indicator light does not flash slowly and AP is not turned on before you start configuring WIFI.
    •  If the phone fails to connect to camera AP, you need to configure the phone to connect to the AP hotspot of the camera.
    •  Support ordinary routers. But public routers requiring login page authentication are not supported.
    • Make sure there are no errors in network name, network password and UID when configuring.
    • WIFI names and passwords in Chinese are not supported at this moment.
    • 5G WIFI signal is not supported.
    • Check whether the WIFI indicator light is always on, if yes, it means that the camera networking is successful, please add an online camera directly, App may not detect a successful camera configuration due to network shielding.
    • If WIFI is WEP encryption mode, change to WPA mode.

P2P mode viewing

You can view videos directly and operate on the camera without a WIFI router.
Steps:

  1. Reset the camera and wait for the camera to restart and turn on AP mode.
  2. After the camera is started, you can find the same WIFI network as the camera UID on the WIFI setting page of the phone, without encryption.
  3.  Connect your phone to the WIFI network and wait for the icon of successful WIFI signal connection.
  4. Same as router mode, add an online camera directly and you can turn it on for normal use. If you have already added a camera, then you can connect directly.
  5. After the connection is successful, open and view the videos.

Why the search tool is unable to detect the camera?

Please make sure if the network connection is good, turn off the firewall and security software, and make sure the camera is connected to the router.

Why does the camera always require a user name and password, or an incorrect user?

The default password for the camera is 6666. If you forget your user name or password, you can resume the camera to the default settings to get the
default user name and password.

How can I resume my camera to default settings?

Please press the reset button on the camera for about 5 seconds until the camera restarts.

Why the image is blurred?

Remove the protective film of the lens. If it is still not clear, rotate the camera lens and focus it so that you can get a clear image after focusing.

How do you use HdWifiCamPro?

Open the smartphone Wi-Fi settings and connect to the device’s wireless signal named DGK-xxxxxx. When connection is established (keep Wi-Fi connection if prompted) open the app. The camera should automatically connect and display as online. You will also be prompted to connect the device to your local Wi-Fi.

Why is camera offline?

WI-FI SET UP

Before you start the Wi-Fi configuration, please note below:

  1. The doorbell works with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, but not with 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
  2. Avoid using special characters or symbols like )(@-!#$%^&*. , either in your Wi-Fi name a password.

LEAVE VOICE MESSAGES

Maximum 3 voice messages (Max. 10 seconds each) can be pre-recorded into the doorbell, which enables you to quickly respond to your visitors when you are not convenient to answer the doorbell call. CHIME SETTINGS

You can enter into the chime setting page following below setting steps, so as to mute the Chime Reminder, select ringtones, adjust chime volume or unbind the connection with the doorbell.

NOTE:

  1. Your doorbell communicates with the chime via Radio Frequency, but not WiFi. You can even do the pairing prior to the doorbell configuration.
  2. You can add many chimes to one doorbell, and vice versa.
  3. Press and hold the RESET button on the chime for 5 seconds till the indicator flashes blue 3 times, and you can also release the connection between the chime and its connected doorbell.

Apps Smart Wristband 3 App Heart Rate Edition

Warning

Device requirements

This product supports devices with iOS 9.0, Android 4.4 and above, and Bluetooth 4.0. Android 6.0 and above devices need to open the GPS permission to use.

Charging

In order to ensure good charging contact, please keep the metal contact free of dirt, oxidation and impurities. if the device is idle for a long time, please remember to recharge at least once a month.

a. Please align the magnetic absorption line with the metal sheet of the bottom shell, and the magnet will automatically charge the positive and negative electrodes.
b. Please ensure that the charging contact is free of dirt and impurities. If there is, please wipe it clean to avoid affecting the charging.
c. Plug the USB into the SVS00MA charging stand, and it can be fully charged in 2-3 hours.

How to connect smart watch with mobile phone

4.1 Power on: charge or press the smart watch side button for 3 seconds.
4.2 Install APP: Scan QR code through mobile phone, or search “Smart Wristband 3” APP in Apple store, Google store and APP store to download and install.

4.3 Connect smart watch through mobile APP: First, put the smart watch close to the mobile phone, and then turn on the Bluetooth and GPS of the mobile phone according to the APP connection guide. Then search the APP for the smart watch. The Bluetooth name is “Smart Watch”. Click the smart watch to connect. Set personal information according to APP prompts, and allow APP to obtain mobile location authority to complete the connection.
4.3.1 Apple device connection: After the smart watch and Apple App are connected for the first time, the “Bluetooth pairing request” will be prompted. Please click “Pair” to complete the connection. After pairing, it is allowed to display a notice to check whether the Bluetooth settings are connected. Then enter the system to check whether the sharing notice is turned on, and then the smart watch can receive from 105 system push calls, SMS, QQ, WeChat and other notification reminders, otherwise can not receive the reminders.
4.3.2 Android device connection: When connecting with Android system, you need to open the APP background operation permission in the mobile phone manager or system settings (please open the options such as self-start, high power consumption, white list, etc., otherwise the APP will be cleared by the system, and the connection with the smart watch will be disconnected. For details, please refer to the help background operation solution). The message reminder needs to open the right to use the notice according to the information in the main interface. Please only check the smart wristband 3 app to get the message reminder.
4.4 Unbind:
Unbind Android device: Click unbind on the app device to unbind the smart watch and the APP.
Unbind Apple device :Click unbind on the app device to unbind the smart watch and the APP. Enter the mobile phone settings-Bluetooth, Click the exclamation mark behind the Smart Watch, and select ignore this device in the pop-up dialog box to Disconnect the smart watch completely. After unbinding, the smart watch will no longer receive any information notifications and content pushed by Apple.

Precautions

  1. In theory, the smart watch supports operating system i0S9.0, Android4.4 or above and Bluetooth 4.0 devices, but not all mobile device models. Please refer to the actual conditions for details.
  2. The product is charged with SVSOOMA. It is strictly forbidden to use the overvoltage load power supply to avoid hardware damage.
  3. The smart watch battery is built-in and cannot be removed. Please do not try to replace the battery.
  4. The operating environment of the wristband is O’C to 45’C ;Charging temperature: O’C to 45’C.

APP Connection Guide 

Setting the APP

Step1:
Scan the QR Code or search Smart Life or ” Tuya Smart” on App store or Google Play to download and install the APP for iOS / Android. The mobile phone system version needs to be Android 5.0 and iOS 9.0 or above.

Step 2:
Run the “Smart Life “or “Tuya Smart “app on your phone, then tap “sign up” to create an account with Email address (if you already had one, please log in), and verify your account with a verification code that has sent to your email.
Step 3:
Log in to your account and follow the App instructions to create a “Family” and later follow the below instructions to add devices to your “Family”.

Bluetooth Configuration

Step 1:
Before connecting, please make sure your smartphone is connecting with your home Wi-Fi(2.4GHz) successfully and enable the Bluetooth feature.
Step 2:
To Connect in Bluetooth mode, the strip lights need to be set to blink rapidly. (You can learn the detailed instruction on How to set the light a rapidly flashing section).
Step 3:
Open the APP and click “+” to add a device, then tap “Auto Scan”
Step 4:
Follow the in-app instructions to connect the strip lights to your Wi-Fi network, Please note the device only works at 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
Step 5:
Once Connected, the APP will prompt the connection. Then Click “Completed”.
Step 6:
Now you can control the lights through the APP

Quick Mode Configuration(EZ mode)

  1. Before connecting, please make sure your smartphone is connecting with your home Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) successfully.
  2. To connect in EZ mode, the strip lights need to be set to blink rapidly. (You can learn the detailed instruction on How to set the light in a rapidly flashing section).
  3. Open APP and click “+” to add device.
  4. Follow the in-APP instructions to connect the strip lights to your Wi-Fi network, Please note the device only works at 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
  5. 0nce connected, the APP will prompt the connection. Then click “Completed”.
  6. Now you can control the lights through the APP.

AP (Access Point) Mode Configuration

  1. Before connecting, please make sure your smartphone is connecting with your home Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) successfully.
  2. To connect in AP mode, the strip lights needs to be set to blinks Slowly. (You can learn the detailed instruction on the” How to set light as slowly flashing”section)
  3. Click the ICON “+” at the top right corner of the APP.
  4. Select device type and click AP mode to add a device.
  5. Go to the Wi-Fi setting in your smartphone and select the”Smart Life-XXX” for your Wi-Fi.
  6. Once connected successfully, the APP will prompt the connection, and click “Completed”

Wi-Fi Module and WatchPower Apps User Manual

1. Introduction

Wi-Fi module can enable wireless communication between off-grid inverters and monitoring platform. Users have complete and remote monitoring and controlling experience for inverters when combining WiFi module with WatchPower APP, available for both iOS and Android based device. All data loggers and parameters are saved in iCloud. The major functions of this APP:

  • Delivers device status during normal operation.
  • Allows to configure device setting after installation.
  • Notifies users when a warning or alarm occurs.
  • Allows users to query inverter history data.

2. Unpack and Overview

2.1 Packing list

Before installation, please inspect the unit. Be sure that nothing inside the package is damaged. You should have received the following items inside of package:

  • Wi-Fi Module x 1
  • User’s Manual x 1
2.2 Product overview

  1. Antenna
  2. Inverter connection status LED
    OFF: Inverter does not provide power to Wi-Fi module.
    ON: Inverter provides power to Wi-Fi module successfully.
  3. PWR: To indicate if the power is on.
    COM: To indicate if communication between Wi-Fi module and Inverter is normal.
    NET: To indicate if Wi-Fi module is connected to router.
    SRV: To indicate if Wi-Fi module is connected to the internet.

3. Wi-Fi Module Installation

Please follow below steps to install Wi-Fi module:
Step 1: The module contains four strong magnetics backing and can be easily be placed on the side of the inverter.
Step 2: Please use one RS-232 communication cable* to connect an inverter and Wi-Fi module as below chart.
* This communication cable is supplied with inverter package.

4. WatchPower App

4-1 Download and install APP

4-2 Initial Setup

Step 1: Registration at first time

After the installation, please tap the shortcut icon to access this APP on your mobile screen. In the screen, tap “Register” to access “User Registration” page. Fill in all required information and scan the Wi-Fi

Module PN by tapping icon. Or you can simply enter Wi-Fi Module PN directly. Then, tap “Register” button.

Then, a “Registration success” window will pop up. Tap “Go now” to continue setting local Wi-Fi network connection.

Step 2: Local Wi-Fi Module Configuration
Now, you are in “Wi-Fi Config” page. There are detailed setup procedure listed in “How to connect?” section and you may follow it to connect WiFi.

Diagnose Function

If the module is not monitoring properly, please tap “Diagnose ” on the top right corner of the screen for further details. It will show repair suggestion. Please follow it to fix the problem. Then, repeat the steps in the chapter 4.2 to re-set network setting. After all setting, tap “Rediagnosis” to re-connect again.

4.3 Login and APP Main Function

After finishing the registration and local Wi-Fi configuration, enter registered name and password to login.
Note: Tick “Remember Me” for your login convenience afterwards.

Overview
After login is successfully, you can access “Overview” page to have overview of your monitoring devices, including overall operation situation and Energy information for Current power and Today power as below diagram.

4.4 Device List

In Device List page, you can pull down to refresh the device information and then tap any device you want to check up for its real-time status and related information as well as to change parameter settings. Please refer to the parameter setting list.

Device Mode
On the top of screen, there is a dynamic power flow chart to show live operation. It contains five icons to present PV power, inverter, load, utility and battery. Based on your inverter model status, there will be Standby Mode, Line Mode, Battery Mode.

Device Alarm and Name Modification

Device Information Data
Users can check up Basic Information, Product Information, Rated information, History, and Wi-Fi Module Information by swiping left.

Basic Information displays basic information of the inverter, including AC voltage, AC frequency, PV input voltage, Battery voltage, Battery capacity, Charging current, Output voltage, Output frequency, Output apparent power, Output active power and Load percent. Please slide up to see more basic information.

Production Information displays Model type (Inverter type), Main CPU version, Bluetooth CPU version and secondary CPU version.

Rated Information displays information of Nominal AC voltage, Nominal AC current, Rated battery voltage, Nominal output voltage, Nominal output frequency, Nominal output current, Nominal output apparent power and Nominal output active power. Please slide up to see more rated information.

History displays the record of unit information and setting timely.

Wi-Fi Module Information displays of Wi-Fi Module PN, status and firmware version.

Parameter Setting This page is to activate some features and set up parameters for inverters. Please be noted that the listing in “Parameter Setting” page in below diagram may differ from the models of monitored inverter. Here will briefly highlight some of it, Output Setting, Battery Parameter Setting, Enable/ Disable items, Restore to the defaults to illustrate.
There are three ways to modify setting and they vary according to each parameter.

  • a) Listing options to change values by tapping one of it.
  • b) Activate/Shut down functions by clicking “Enable” or “Disable” button.
  • c) Changing values by clicking arrows or entering the numbers directly in the column. Each function setting is saved by clicking “Set” button.
