BLUETOOTH

  • Turn on Speaker and tap “M” until “BLUETOOTH MODE” is heard
  • Search for “SPK-BTPLL” under the Bluetooth settings of device being connected

TRUE WIRELESS STEREO – TWS

(2 speakers required)

  • Turn ON both speakers and switch them into Bluetooth mode
  • Press and hold M button on one of the speakers
  • A sound will be heard which indicates the unit is waiting for TWS pairing
  • Keep the button held for 5 – 10 seconds and another sound will be heard when TWS is connected successfully

FM RADIO

TROUBLESHOOTING

No Power:

  1. Check battery level and charge if required
  2. Try turning on speaker while connected to power source
  3. Try charging with USB Wall Adapter

Radio not clear:

  1. Change speaker location
  2. Connect a Micro USB cable into the charging port to improve FM reception as this doubles as an aerial
  3. Isolate speaker from other devices as this may be caused by interference

USB or Micro SD Card not recognised or files not playing:

  1. Make sure USB or Micro SD Card is 32Gb or less
  2. Check USB or Micro SD Card has been formatted to the FAT32 or exFAT file system. If not please format on a Windows based computer
  3. Make sure to only use MP3 music files copied to the USB or Micro SD Card
